This is a favourite plugin for me: The Easiest Way to Move Your Site to Wealthy Affiliate for backing up a site, restoring a site and moving a site to a free domain while I test something on it too.
The member who created the tutorial is no longer here but her instructions are still very relevant.

Good question Paul,
I personally now use "free privacy policy dot com" and all they require is an opt-in to their email list which you can unsubscribe to at anytime.
Those are very unique to the website because you go through a 5 to 10 minute questionnaire to create it.
Though I personally would not worry about having a privacy policy that's similar to someone else's, it would be good to get a few more opinions on it before publishing.
