I am sorry that this has happened to you. I do not understand how they would know if your site is slow or not, but then I am not an expert on the tech side - I am just capable at using the programs. I have just sent them a request as well, so I hope I get a response. But please remember, it has been Christmas and also New Year, so some people deserve some time off - please be patient, I have never found a better communications team and family than WA.

I have just read a similar report and a response that said there were some issues and the support team and admin were aware and are working on it. I always wish members would respond with a thank you note and confirmation when an issue has been fixed or settled, and not just leave the question hanging.
Sometimes a new plugin can cause a similar issue.I have been experiencing a similar problem but our Internet service is slow due to damages caused by Irma ,so I can't know for sure when it is a wa issue.

It's a temporary error on the server that hosts the website.
If it does not disappear by itself after a while, contact Site Support
