have you sent a ticket to sitesupport
and have you changed your nameservers to the wa ones to host your site here
if you search in the top searchbar then you will probably find someone else has changed the nameservers form your current place and pointed them to wa.
if not tell us who you are with and we maybe able t find some more information.
but you will have to do the work.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I wemt on the the manage domain page on here and i clicked on the top bar and it came up with different options one was the name servers option. I clicked that and it took me to a different page where the 1st and 2nd links used for WA host server were already checked in the boxes. So all i had to do was save it. Does that mean i have now instructed my site domain to follow WA server?

just send site support a query to check, the last thing you want is yuor site going down.
do a screenshot of the nameservers.
That's great. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on the initial message I sent but not had any response yet. As soon as I hear from them I will send them a screenshot. Thanks a lot a Feigner really appreciate your help.
no worries - it might be worth adding a 'is there any progress on this' response to just give them a small kick.

where did you buy the domain from and what did you do next?

Thanks Mark, i have but its not clear how i access the sittings here on WA to update anf point my site to WA server. It only shows how to do it with other providers but not on here at WA. This is why im a bit confused.
How do i update my domain dns so that it learns to follow the wa server?
