You Have To Stop Worrying About What People Think About You
It is really important to understand that you have to stop worrying about what people think about you or your business. You are the one in control over your business, your future and your thoughts.
No matter what we do, we people worry about what others might think of us. We score ourselves by comparing ourselves to others and we have to ask for approval for everything we do.
Are we really worth nothing when everybody else says so?
The only one you can measure against is yourself.
People might first tell you that you cannot make any money online. You need to be part of the top 3% to make any substantial money they say and nobody will be able to. The words hurt and we feel a discomfort. We try to do better anyway.
We might even start earning some money. Probably its just dollars in the beginning. People shrug it off and say its just beginner money. People will tell you that you got "lucky".
Right?
Since we got used to this sort of negativity, we start thinking about what others think in our heads. This is totally apart from whether those people actually are thinking something about you or not.
Here's a quote I ran across last week on Twitter. You might like this one, or similarly get hurt by it. For it does hurt a little bit to get that type of knowledge.

Are you really sure that the voices in your head is saying something that everyone else is saying to you or is it something that you are making up?
We really waste a lot of time thinking about what others might think of us. You see it everywhere, especially between your friends and family on social media. Spend that time rather on studying and applying what you learn.
I promise you, that if you follow through with the training here it is going to work out alright for you. Those cents become dollars and the dollars become multiple dollars. The more work you apply, the more it will start paying off.
You do have to make sure you follow through with the course material of Kyle and the video's by Jay (magistudios).
The business you are creating here is scalable. Naturally, little hours put into it is going to bring little money to your wallet. Hard work is going to pay off well.
Are you currently worrying what other people might think about you? Here's a tip: Go have a walk in nature. That will freshen things in that chamber up there.

absolutely correct. You can be as friendly as you want and still people may not like you -- this can be unnecessarily devastating to people with an 'agree-ability' trait.

I have thought about what others think about me far too often, but have realized that people are far too busy with their own stuff to think about yours.
The few that do make the remarks seemingly want the best for me, but might say it in a slightly wrong way and I can take offense from that.
What I need to learn is to even ignore those moments and shrug it off as a "thanks for the advise, but I will go in my way and direction to success".

Good question is whether that is a good thing or not. Some thinking will help. Even though it can very well be action before thinking, often thinking before action can be a good thing too.

So very true, Steven! I used to worry way too much about what others thought about me or even might think about me...
But, it turns out no one really notices every post I share, especially friends or family it seems... and for the most part, the ones that have noticed are surprisingly supportive about it!
Even people I don't know at all have been pretty supportive of posts or artwork I've shared online and after awhile some even turned into friends.

Well, I still think about it, but as long as I know I tried my best at it and explain what I'm sharing and why, I no longer worry about it, if that makes sense.
I always find that being open and honest about something is the best way to go about things, so if it's a product I'm sharing info on, I'll find out everything I can about it, both the good and the bad. That way it'll help visitors make their own decision whether they want to try it or not.
I figure they'll either like it or they won't, but that's up to them and not in my control, so why worry about it. Anyways, that's just how I do things...
