Triple My Adsense Goal!
Hi everyone,
Another goal recently smashed that I wanted to share with you all.
Was averaging $10 a month!
Before my first $100 Google Adsense check I was averaging $10 a month.
The following month after my check I again made $10. The following month it jumped up to $17.
Great improvement hey?
Tripling my Adsense so far!
And now 10 days into my 3rd month after my first check I already have $10.
If this keeps up then I should get $30 from Adsense this month :-)
Hopefully this momentum will continue.
New Google Adsense Goals!
Although this month isn't over yet I am now aiming for $50, and then $100 a month.
It's completely doable I think, especially at the moment when I have ads on just 3 posts and my home page.
I don't want to go mad with ads though on my site. Adsense is just a little on the side.
My main money earner is the affiliate programs that I have joined. But I may add a couple more ads. Will have to wait and see.
Thanks for reading,
Owain

Yep, looks like things are improving. I'm not going to rest though. Gonna keep pushing on improving my site and adding reviews.
Maybe I am missing something. I am not making any money anywhere yet. This is the beginning of my third month. What tips do you have or suggestions so I can start making it happen?
The main thing to have is patience. Your third month in you're still at the beginning stages of getting traffic, and without traffic there's no revenue potential.
Make sure you're doing good keyword research and with each post do your best to create a great user experience. Make your content welcoming, easy to read, with good use of visuals, plenty of white space, bold easy to read headlines, attention getting post titles, etc.
Keep applying what you're learning with the training here and traffic growth will be around the corner :)
Yep, exactly what Eric says.
I do want to reiterate that you do need patience. When my site was young I wasn't very patient and not getting anywhere did bother me a lot.
I settled down for a while afterwards and concentrated on writing posts. But things did turn ugly about a week or so ago when I wasn't getting the results I wanted.
The main thing is to give your visitors a great user experience. Only then will you succeed.
Don't hope for it! You need to work for it!
Very good advice, Thank you Eric. I will focus more and let it happen when it does. I will try to be patient and get those juicy keywords.
Thank you OC, I appreciate all of the help and suggestions from all as this is still very new ground I am treading on.
I hope it continues to work for you Owain. I have Adsense on one of my sites. It's unpredictable but I it's a good sideline.
Yep, that's right.
I have good days and some bad. But overall revenue is on the increase.
Adsense isn't my main revenue stream, but it's a good indicator that's people are checking out my site and my posts.
