Use Category, you will show several post in one page menu in a category

If you are doing it as pages, you can create a new page every day, then add it to your menu. When in your appearance settings, you can create a menu with news being your main, and you can drag the new page you created with today's news, over to the menu, and place it under the "news" page. You sub-pages will show up indented under the "news" page. I hope that's not too confusing. If you do it as posts, you can created a category called daily news or something, and stick all those posts in that category. And have the category in your sidebar.
