I'm not Kyle, haha, but Superior Self and Grow Yourself are really good names in my opinion. However, I googled Superior Self and found someone with a book called that and a website similar so you might want to be careful so people don't think your website is about the book.

There are many types of campaigns... It's a very broad term. it's a series of operations intended to achieve a particular objective - So as far as a marketing campaign goes.. it could be social media blasting.. or an email campaign.. or PPC.. or... anything.
Website is completely different terminology. However, your first campaign can be building your website.

I don't know much about telescopes, but I really don't see why it wouldn't be a lucrative niche. People who enjoy star gazing can be just as passionate about it as those who enjoy golf, and so I believe they'd be willing to spend money on telescopes and/or accessories.
If you're interested in the niche, then I say go for it!
