Strength comes from within!
we all set path to health, wealth, family and a happy future! this takes planning beleive of not, This means getting offf our asses and fighting for what you want. we can be passive and go with the flow see what happens just because we want it to happen, or we can assertively impliment means and goals to achieve them,
in my past as a kid in Brazil i heard that then chances of a goo dlife was pretty much zilch, and to soem extent it looked from my stand point exactlyu that, yet since what seems like hundreeds of years ago i have joined the UK armed forces, fought in the Cod war off Iceland in freezing conditions, comleted war manoevures off the shores of gibraltar, later in a discussion with my good friend we looked at I.T as a possible earner and long term Profession, it was a do or do nothing decision and the only way forward was to go to enrol into a coures HNC [ UK higher certification in information technology]
Struggeling in a area alien to me was hard work, but i stuck to this plan the benefits were to promising to ignore, finally after three years and certification to feel proud about was a extactic moment for sure! Yippiee!
Finind work proved dificult as experience was a pre requisite in just about all jobs i applied for, will ths be the stumbeling block i wondered with some trepidation, was thie really a good choice or profession? applications after applications were sent out to just about any company i could find, almost on the edge of dispare a reply popped into the door, one offering a interview?
whooooa! steady on now is thei Aprils fool day? actually it was end of March, but you cares right, here was a letter to change my life!
neverless to cut a long story sort jobe aquired, worked my ass off and moved up the ranks, worked in City of london Bandk JP MORGAN, MORAN STANLEY, CREDIT SUISSE, BARCLAYS, NATWEST MARKETS, LLOYDS, became my growing and experience platforms.
Looking back on what i was told in Brazil many moons ago i came to the understanding that it is not where you come from it's not to make excuses, or balme others for your choices, be real and make things happen because your own actions, decide and adapt, seek advice when everyone saying you cant or not possible, after all what do you have better to do or loose if you do nothing purposeful or with a goal?
