I know I probably should not dwell on Business Related questions but I am just Curious. I do realize most WAers are interested in website related questions. But as you grow,
I have a customer acquisition and retention person so I guess she handles most of that. I never see them.
That used to be the norm but now you are flooded with credit reports from every bank, credit card company, and auto dealership.
Are you signed up with a credit bureau like transunion?

I never did, it can frighten off your customers easily. And you want to keep them for future sales. So better remind them, it can work well with an extra bonus offer if they pay now, receive on your next purchase.....
In your case that might be true. I did direct this to Consultants. As a consultant you provide a service over a period of time that people pay for. You're not looking for an individual sale. In our case we have 31 businesses and the United States government that contract to our services. We have allowed two customers that we would normally reject to slip in for 12-month contracts. As I said we are an Agency. Obviously if you are a store your Viewpoint and directions will be very different from an Agency.
