I have finished building my website for the past one week and yet have not received a yes google index for the site. Is there anything I need to do differently for the website

I have finished building my website for the past one week and yet have not received a yes google index for the site. Is there anything I need to do differently for the website
How much content do you have on there? Are you using googles search console? I was not showing I was indexed for quite sometime according to search console until I went search console/webmasters and manually entered my website links.
I did this under the "crawl" menu then selected "fetch as google" I then entered the last part of the permalink of my site. for example: enginecaregeek.com/engineairfilters You would enter just the "engineairfilters" portion. Message me if you need any further help.

I have created a website but do not seem to like the keywords I chose for the website. Can I edit it and put in more carefully chosen keywords for the website?
You can't change a domain name. If it's a siterubix subdomain then you can create a new subdomain website with a new name. If you own the domain name then you can buy a new domain name that's different. You can change your Site Title in Settings > General but it's usually a good idea to have your Site Title as the user friendly version of your domain name.
Yes Kyle says in lessons this can be done any time. Though this will make it different from the url where keyword is also supposed to be.

A website based on the training here at WA will expose your product to potential customers finding it through internet search. There are also lessons here on email marketing, PPC advertising, and a number of other techniques to make people aware of your product.
