I just recently finished level 1 of the Starter Training. I am a Premium Member and will be starting :Level 2 Training. I am also considering starting the Boot Camp Training to become a WA Affiliate.

My advice would be to complete the OEC 1st before attempting Bootcamp as both require a lot of work
Up to you but serving two training programs could be huge
