I presume that your website is verified and indexed? Don't mean to sound condescending but need to establish your baseline of understanding ..
no problem, yes it's verified and indexed and approved for Adsense. I have Adsense ads on it.
When I do a site test it shows up.

I just got a very high internet bill today. I have AT&T DSL service and I get 150 gigs of data a month. Since I joined a month ago I used over 600 gigs. I'm asking this que
Maybe we can get a comment from Kyle or Kyle get WA network support to check the norm for data being used when the system is in idle mode.
On Microsoft systems use Task Manager and Linux systems use System Monitor to monitor network activity.

The LiveChat stream embedded in the Activity Dashboard could be the culprit. Unfortunately, there's no way to turn it off that I'm aware of. I'm not certain of this, just offering up a possibility. Also, how much time are you devoting to video training? That will also up your usage as well.

I uploaded an image for the "default OG image" and set the source for "Default" And it worked.

Glad u managed to find the OG image setting on All in One SEO.
You might like to choose Featured Image instead of Default. With Default, the same image will always be used when you share your posts on social media (G+, Twitter, Facebook, etc). That can be boring and also confusing for your fans and followers.
Confusing because they won't know it is a new post. People tend to recognize updates with images. So if they see the same image, they may assume you're re-posting.
With a different image for every social media update, your social media site looks fresh, and appears to be constantly updated with new info.
To have different OG image for every blog post you share on social media, select Featured Image. Featured image uses the Featured Image that you set for your blog post.
By using Featured Image, the social network pulls the OG image from that Featured image that you set for each blog post. So every update looks unique and different.
For better understanding on what I mean, take a look at my Google+ profiles and see my posts:

You can see most every update grabs a different image from my website. That's cos I use Featured Image. And when I create a blog post, I make sure I set a different Featured Image for every blog post.

Why am I not verified with google console?
