Hey WA community,
which WordPress page builder are you using currently?
1) none (or WordPress "classic editor")
2) WordPress Gutenberg editor
3) elementor
WordPress Gutenberg Editor, miles better than the Classic Editor, with Elementor and GeneratePress Premium, both which hasve just been renewed for a further year, because in my eyes(literally) GPP and Elementor are the best WordPress Toolbox kit there is.
I use Elementor for building Landing pages, because it does the job perfectly and gives more options than GPP, which has a fair few of its own.
I had Thrive in the past and overpriced in my opinion for what it does
Hi, we use Divi full version, Elementor Pro and GeneratePress Premium - We love them all.
We do not recommend Thrive. And have not really tried the Gutenberg block editor vs Classic editor.
That's us. Let us know if we can help you further.
Thank you for your answer, Chloe!
I'm just trying to get an overview of what WA members are using these days.
Thanks again!
Cheers,
Tim

Hi Tim, I struggle with a lot of stuff. Right now it is the way my page is set up, regarding footer menus, and then lack of traffic. Thank you for your question. If you feel courageous enough I would appreciate it if you get the time to look at my page and offer your suggestions. Of course, "If you choose to accept this mission and I PM you my URL, you may be subject to ripping hair out of your head". Always in need of help.
Thanks Business Dude,
Michael
Hey Michael,
thanks a lot for your feedback!
You're a long-time and TOP 50 member. :) Not sure what you're expecting but I'd give it a try if you PM me your site.
Don't get me wrong, I assume you're way ahead of me so this might all be joke or of no value to you. But in case I can help, I promise you I will do so.
I'm sure I can at least help you with the footer menu.
Thanks again and stay awesome,
Tim
Hey Tim,
My struggle is with traffic. Except for the comments I get from WA members and a few friends, I have not been able to merge into the traffic stream at all.
Any suggestions?
Russell
Thanks a lot for your feedback, Russell.
What's your main-focus, your preferred way of getting traffic?
Do you follow WA's SEO (long-tail keywords) / review-style organic ranking strategy or do you focus on social media? If so, do you go for free/organic or did you look into media buying / PPC?
Thanks again and stay awesome,
Tim
I follow the training as given at WA, so it's mainly social media. Maybe I am missing something or not spending enough time on social media.
Yesterday I read a post by a member here that has me seriously considering paid lists. I am still undecided.
I admit, at times I feel as though I don't know where to turn.
Russell
Hey Russell,
I spend almost zero time on social media and still see some organic traffic.
By "paid lists" I guess you mean Solo Ads?
IF you want to go this route, I highly recommend having the right setup in place first, like a high converting Landing Page, a follow up sequence etc.
And then only sticking to very reputable solo ad sellers, you can assume 90% are JUNK.
But when you have your LP etc in place, why not send some PPC traffic (from BING or another place) to your LP to test things out?
You can start small and I highly recommend starting this way with PPC...
Kyle's Training is covering the most important aspects of it at the end of the bootcamp training. It's worth studying imho.
Hope this helps and stay awesome, Russell!
Tim
Thank you very much Tim. I will take your advice and get those things in place first.

Hi Tim.
Honestly? Trying to recover my website from some kind of horrible, unknown incident. It's been driving me potty all morning. 😡 (But wonderfully, I'm still managing to find it all dashed interesting and - fun! Excellent!)
What's on your wick today? You asked us, but didn't share.

Hey Tayo,
thanks for your comment and good luck with fixing your website issue!
I'm just trying to figure out what kind of training/articles might help our community the most... That's it. And that's all what is on my mind today. :)
Thanks again and stay awesome,

"I'm just trying to figure out what kind of training/articles might help our community the most"
Well, that's really good of you.

I was wondering where "obdude" came from. lolz
There are many "learn how to grow your online business" websites out there. Few offer hard numbers: how long does it take? What is the initial outlay? How many hours per day? What are the technical resources required (e.g. HTML, Google Search Console, SEO, etc)?
How about social media marketing?
How to get a good YotTube video out there?
Most of all, whenever I visit such websites, the first thing I want to see is:
"Here's where **I've** done it."
"Here's my YouTube channel, see how many subscribers I've got."
"Here's a breakdown of my bank statement for the past year."
"Follow me on Twitter here, and see the number of interactions I make every day."
The chap whose article brought me to WA did much of that, but he no longer posts quite so often here in WA. He's living it big in Thailand, last I heard.
You stay awesome too.

Simon is awesome... :)) We plan to meet (together with a third WA member) end of July in Thailand.
You're in top hands, I'd try to soak in every word of advise he's giving... =)
On a different note:
I purposefully asked that question within WA (internal), not to find article topics to attract new members but indeed what kind of topics members within WA struggle the most with - to maybe even find something that's not yet covered that well within WA.
Thanks again for your feedback!
Cheers,
Tim

Sage advice someone gave me once:
"Either move forward, move backward or move out of the way—don't just stand there!"
Since it is crystal clear that you know what you're doing, I'll get out the way then. 😉
Have fun and I wish you a home filled with happiness.

My 'struggle' is generally trying to find that happy medium between writing enough posts and doing all the other 'stuff' that is needed to keep a site running and up to date...
Thanks a lot for your comment, Paul!
Do you plan to manage a writer / outsource the content creation at one point, start implementing media buying/PPC in the future or do enjoy the writing process and prefer to do it all yourself?
I like the writing and having control over my page but I am setting it up so that I can outsource my review posts in the future.
