You’ll probably want to turn off domain privacy. I have had transfers fail before due to leaving it on when attempting a transfer.

For any websites hosted here, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.

Is there a way of editing username/password in WA site manager to my own customized version? For some reason, the option in WP under the Account Management section of your prof
Hi, Vinny inside WA we have the opportunity to change our user name one time only.
If you wish to change your user name:
- Click on your, profile image of your WA homepage top right-hand corner.
- select account settings.
- select account scroll down to user name, edit, and then save changes.
If you have already changed it unfortunately you can not again.
If you haven't and the option to change is not visible contact site support.

Usually, for some reason, the option in WP under the Account Management section of your profile to change the password has been eliminated. Is there any way to manage passwords in Site Manager where they can be updated?

With WA hosting, we have no access to some functions, the way to move forward is to contact site support, they are more than happy to do it for you.
