I have severe extenuating circumstances and wish to close my membership. Please direct me how to do this painlessly.

It's very easy to cancel. Click on your image in the left corner, then go to Account Settings.
Scroll down to the "Subscription Settings" section. Click on the "Membership" tab.
There's a button that says "Stop Billing & Cancel Membership."

I was commenting on a members blog and a new badge (top 200) popped up on my screen just as I was hitting enter on my keyboard, and the badge disappeared along with my exciteme
Yes ma'am, I am aware of that. I was asking about the post that flashes on your page and just as quickly disappears.

I had to rest my phone back to factory default due to a multitude of issues. It was a long weekend WITHOUT even 1 blog from folks I follow. How do I reset my email to make sure
Hi dear just go to your profile pic and choose account settings from the pop-up menu and edit your email.

I'm having the problem with my Safari browser right now, too. In fact, it will play for a couple minutes and then stop entirely and give me a message. I find this especially true if I watch the videos at a faster speed. Like 1.25 or faster.

They are WA training videos and until today, it was working fine. It happened a couple weeks ago and I'm not sure how I fixed it then. LOL I tried on YT and it does the same. On my phone it is fine as as can be...Just my laptop. Thank you!
