Google alerts do they serve a purpose?
The simple is YES they do!
I am sure I am going to uncover more as I go along in this journey. I set up about 8 of them to track trend, stories and what is going on in the niche that I picked. Let's face it we all don't have the time and I know I don't want to spend hours on social media. In my short time of having these alerts I have written relevant content and also was able to connect with other people within my niche to talk about products and about the industry!
I wanted to quickly recap and share how google alerts have helped me thus far:
1--Being able to know what the pulse of my industry is and what is happening out in the world.
2--Reduce my surf and reading time on social media
3--Connect with fellow people within my niche industry
4--To be able to write relavent and updated content for my website.

I have Google alerts and did not know what to do with them I have saved them all so I have them. They are all in my Google email address. Well, now I know what to do with them. I think. Thank you for the advice.
