I am helping a friend of mine, and myself too, as I will get small money for it, to build a website.
I am fully focused and sure it is no problem to send it to him when I fi

I use Blocksy Agency :) But as suggested, Kandence and GP / Premium are equally great.

I have a pro license in GP and would not say it is great, but it is ok.

But I was looking for a specific theme, and thanks to Jay, it looks like I have found it.

Yep, Google sucks - and you're right probably not worth spending any time on.

All DuckDuckGo and Google are... are search engines. They are NOT browsers.

Your website being rated as mobile-friendly only focuses on the many different user's DEVICE and BROWSER.

So, if Google states that your site is mobile-friendly then so will DuckDuckGo.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an experience with SiteSupport that was not handled in the way that you had wanted. As Eric has mentioned, we DO NOT have robots or AI answering questions that come in via SiteSupport.

You've also got full access to Kyle and Myself, so if you've ever have an issue with SiteSupport or anything at all in the platform, just reach out to us so that we can find out what might be going on.

The recent issues you've had seem to be related to a theme that is not acting the way that you'd like it to and unfortunately that's not something our hosting support engineers will be able to help with. There are thousands of themes and plugins out there and we do not know the inner workings of code written by 3rd parties. When it comes to a theme or plugin not doing what it's meant to do - we'll do our best to ensure that it's not an issue with a hosting configuration, but when you need a theme to look a certain way on mobile for example, then you'd need to contact the theme owner and ask them if there is a solution, or perhaps ask for a bug fix or feature improvement.

You're most definitely dealing with people who have been with our company for a very long time and are doing their very best to diagnose the issues that folks have related to our hosting platform.

Our team may have mentioned "Robots.txt" which is a a website configuration file that controls access bots have that access your website. They did not mean that WE (the team) are robots, I think there is a miscommunication there.

Having said that, this all doesn´t make sense to me because it is all so different.
What you checked before changing the comment has been a problem for a long time, but it is not the thing that changed so much for me.

From human there.
And it explain crazy questions from them again and again.
And that had have a lot of problems.

After several trying, and a lot of stupid questions from Site Support come human and told me they was using robots!
The reason he come in was after a several trying to get help from them!

And this mistakes, and lower quality of help had cost me! Because of that I am asking if more people have been in problem becausr of thst!
I am curious because my site has damage because of it and a huge time had been wasted and still is!
