Under the add new section in a post or page, the section that allows me to edit and size txt, to capitalize or bold, or add color etc, is not showing ?
Hi Suzziq, thanks for responding, there is a single line, but it doesn't show editing tools, the last box is close tags, and when I click on it nothing happens?
Hi Norma:). Is there a single line with editing tools? If so, click on the last box on the right hand side, and the 2nd line of editing tools should pop up.

The problem is the visual and text tabs are not showing on my site, I'm not sure if this is a technical issue, but the text box looks nothing like yours above
Hi Marion, I had to contect Support for this issue and it's been resolved, there was something diabled that was causing the problem. but thanks for responding

Make sure you're in the Visual tab not the Text tab.
