How do i change to my Domain name ?
OK, just to be clear is your site currently on that domain name or are you looking to move your site to that domain name? Are you simply asking to change the site name and tag line?

Changing the "domain name" would mean that you need to buy a new one. It's not possible to edit the URL (web address) without purchasing a second domain name.
If you just want to change the "Title" (the name displayed), you can do that in Settings> General in your WordPress dashboard.
