Googles Page Speed Insights

After many years not working on my websites, I decided to start all over again. Going back to Wealthy Affiliate trainings, focusing on what I have to do.
Upon checking my websites' google page speed insights, I just felt lost. Just do not know what next action I should do. The mobile speed is mostly "red" .
Anybody can help me?
Trying to recharge myself.
