Is that yr first website? I am amazed, Noel, you must have put in a lot of effort in it, great job you had done ... give yourself a pat on yr shoulder. I was looking where to comment but couldn't find any .. :)

You have lots of good information there. I was looking for a nursing home for my father this year but sadly he passed away before it was needed. As a carer I would have found the info on your site very useful, good job. :)
I am sorry for your father. We all are going to died, but human being never accept death as something natural and obvious. I hope you have lovely memories from your father who is now you personal angel in heaven.
Thanks for your kind words Noel he was 88yrs, had a good long life. I also lost my husband a couple of months before that to cancer.
I have a great memories of them both and with a new baby Granddaughter plus another on the way it kind of makes sense of the cycle of life and death.
I now have 2 special angels in heaven. :)

From what I've seen you are off to a great start, well detailed info, which tends to clarify any doubts one might have in making a decision to have a loved one placed in a home, very good job, can't wait to see more content added.

nice, clear and authentic, just like you, I am sure. I had to dig to get clarity on who your target audience is- care staff? Purchasers of places in residential care? A sticky post-given that you have your blog feed as the main content (good job on that one too) defining who the site is for and the benefits that visitors can expect and with a link off to your about us page might be an idea. Again, the message there could be sharper IMO, You come across as a very warm person, and your site reads like it might be prep for a "companion handbook" for ageing.
You don't look your age though, for sure....hope this helps, I try not to do "fluff".
