Thanks I was trying to transfer three of my websites to WA but have found I have to pay another $13.95 US each to have them hosted here so I will not bother. I thought we had up to 25 sites hosted for free. Saved myself just in time so will sign out of here at the end of the month.
You shouldn't have to transfer the registrar to have your sites hosted. Which sounds like what they are telling you. How did you word your question?
Hosting is included in your monthly fee. Domain registration is something new here and I have not used it as of yet so I'm afraid I have no knowledge about that process but I have bought many domains. I have hosted here before and it didn't cost anything extra.
It sounds to me though, that they think you want to transfer registrars and not just hosting? possibly
No WA definitely wanted nearly $14 US fr me to transfer the new domain. So - no way hose.
I don't see why you'd have to transfer any pre-registered domain names to use with your WA website (s) anyway. If your domain name is already registered elsewhere, you should be able to simply set the nameservers through your domain register to your site on WA servers.
"To connect your domain name to your website you’ll need to change your nameservers. How you change your nameservers depends on where your domain is registered and where your website is registered."
Contact your domain name register for help with this if you aren't able to find out how to do it through your domain manager account.
By the way, transferring a domain name to another register (any other domain register) will ALWAYS cost at least 1 yr registration fee. If you really want to transfer, just think of it being like starting your current registration year over again.
To save more money though, again, IF you want to transfer and you're more than 90 days into your current year registration, my advice is to try to wait til near the end of your current registration yr. to use up as much of the registration fee you already paid.
Just make sure you begin the transfer a couple of weeks before expiration. You wouldn't want to lose your domain due to transfer confict. (Domain expires before transfer is complete.)
Then, at that point, your cost will be whatever the transfer/registration fee is with WA at the time, for a minimum of one yr.

Maybe I will come back to WA in 12 months and do it then. I refuse to pay for domain name registrations that I paid for less than two months ago. And at a fraction of the price that WA charge.

You can now transfer your domains here to WA:

To initially get your domain over to our service, you will need to pay for a full year up front. This is required to complete your transfer and then the subsequent rebill date will be a year from the date of the initial purchase.
Say you bought the domain through another registrar on January 1st, 2016 then you transferred it to WA on July 15th 2016 and paid the renewall fee. Your next renewal date here would not be until January 1st, 2018.
Hope this clarifies and upon transferring your domain to WA, you will instantly get to take advantage of all of the features (private whois, domain protection, etc) here as well as "same next year pricing" which other domain registrars typically do not offer.
You do not have to transfer your domains to move your websites, though, just to clarify here.
It is quite a manual process to move a website to WA, but it can be done if it is a Wordpress based site.
You would have to follow these steps:
(1) Download your content locally
(2) Update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.
ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com
(3) Build a website here at WA using the website builder.
(4) Transfer your content over to WA
This is a very manual process and it can be done, but I don't recommend doing it if you have an established high ranking website, I don't usually recommend moving it.

I thought I could pay monthly for membership without setting it up permanently in PayPal. When I changed auto billing in Paypal I get the message that my membership expirtes at
My monthly set-up seems to be working ok. I think you do need to contact Carson or Kyle. I am sure you will get an answer, it might just take a day or two. Let me know what happens.
I tried to reinstate auto monthly payment today and the fee is now $13 to do so. How stupid is that?
Since you are premium, you can send Kyle and/or Carson a private message. That is what I would do. I would send one to each of them. And be sure to tell each that you sent to the other so both don't try to do something. I sent a private message to Kyle and it took him 5 days to respond. Also, if you don't hear from them in a couple of days, send them another message. Tell them your problem and tell them it is urgent. They are very busy, but they should respond. They usually do. So just keep trying! The fee for WA did go up in April, but it only went up $2.00 from $47.00 to $49.00. Don't know what the extra fees are? Good Luck!
I would send Kyle are Carson a PM. I received and email from them here while back saying they are sorry to see me go but best wishes to me. But I had already paid for the yearly membership. So I sent Kyle a message and asked him what was up.

are you sending him messages on his profile or through private message? it can take him a few days to get back to you because of the volume of messages he gets and he is normally not available at all on the weekends. You can also try carson. I have gotten responses back from both of them though like i said normally three or four days.
I tried to message Carson but it says that I cannot because I have already messaged Kyle.
Give them a couple of days and he will probably respond. I think it took him about 3 days before I got a response from him.

My Samsung pictures are too big to upload to a website. How can I reduce the sizes?
Is there free software to do it with?
If you have a windows system right click on the photo click open with and select paint.
This should allow you to re-size pic and should be free with windows.

Yes, you can transfer websites from here to another hosting. Although, if that is your goal, I would simply start the build on the other hosting.

My internet provider is messaging that I am exceeding my limit of emails every few days now.
she's got you setup....you can also make another email (gmail, yahoo, etc.) and just get all the WA emails sent there.
Go here:

Yes, I have had people mention that it can get overwhelming with the amount of email that gets sent from WA when you are first beginning.
