Time is of the essence
When I couldn't open Jay's live webinar for creating a live home page, I tried to keep busy at other online tasks.
Jay was playing hard to get with his video, so I watched a video on Neil Patel's advice to bring in more traffic and checked out Ubersuggest. I got a few ideas from keyword research.
I wrote a 2 minute article on Medium, linking back to my site.
And this might seem like a small accomplishment, when we see Little Mama, Jerry Huang, Jay and Kyle number of referrals. I cannot help but feel excited: I noticed 3 new referrals for Wealthy Affiliate, coming from a very small ad! I am so happy to see a glimmer of hope. I have always wanted to welcome new members under my wing to the Wealthy Affiliate education, networking lyceum and reference consortium. Now they haven't done profiles, but I noticed this new icon:
If you see the 2 bubbles and one has a tiny arrow pointing two guys, this means you have a new referral. It reminds me of pointing 2 guys to the bathroom for some reason.
It makes me glad for the source that pointed to me.
I am happy because I get to share the Learning Opportunities at Wealthy Affiliate are endless because of the ability to generate new training all the time. Premium members can build training and receive payment based upon whether the Wealthy Affiliate community finds the content helpful.
This year I made a handful of trainings, and although it was a challenge it was worth it to learn. I thought how cool to get paid making the tutorials. I created one training here teaching closed captioning to help people with hearing loss. It also helps communication for everyone able to read if you enable closed captions. That is a different subject, sorry for always getting sideschwoggled!
Back to the TOE
The Medium article I wrote is an introduction to TOE agreements. In honor and celebration for a new exciting contract I just finished signing!
I would like to thank this community for the support in building the confidence it takes to chase this dream contract.
Along with the extra trips for travel last week, it is an accomplishment to complete a large area of visits for my network. Filling in has taken a toll for road exhaustion only worth it by the smiling faces of memorable people who welcome me to their home to support their therapies.
While training and traveling I wrote the quick TOE Agreement Medium article and just thought about the way it pertains to Wealthy Affiliate.
Time is of the essence has a root meaning of being expedient as needed to provide good care for your clients, affiliates and especially family.
TOE Agreements can be a basis for writing goals and expanding on your niche. If you develop a sense of urgency and set tasks with time constraints, you will provide a signature for your brand that is memorable and trustworthy.
Your Wealthy Affiliate TOE Agreement
For new members, building your website, You will also make more progress through every goal, entrepreneurship training, Affiliate Boot Camp, Super Affiliate Challenge. This prepares you based on your effort and constant action toward your business goals.
You can set a TOE agreement with yourself for any of these tasks.
One more note before the Sunday Celebration: the TOE Agreement you set for yourself here can help propel your success. Many bloggers set word number goals, and there are other people who might set dollar figure goals, but the main determinant of success is consistently taking action.

After all the years of study the training the experience of being a nurse the time has come for a promotion of all the knowledge and wisdom that you have learned and gained throughout the years. What are achievements? Achievements are your accomplishments that you have put forth and have success with. The contract is the perfect example of this achievement of your success. It is the progression of the next level of success and achievements in your life.
After reading your TOE agreement I can understand that you have more than just understanding of time is of the essence, but you live the process and principles of it each and every day on a day to day basics and that above all shows true passion, skills and knowledge for what you do and understand as being a nurse. It's shows how much you care about what you do on a day to day basis. It not only shows that Nursing is just your job, but a passion that you live day in and day out, a lifestyle and way of living throughout your everyday life and living.
With this being written with as much detail and clear and concise measurements and as inspirational as it is to continue to keep pressing forward with day to day achievements and accomplishments, it just makes me want to continue to keep reading it over and over again.
I also want to congratulate you on your 3 referrals you made. That is an accomplish that also deserve to be recognized and celebrated as well! It is a starting point and that is where we all start at is at the starting point.
I can understand how the TOE agreement can fall into and be a benefit to the WA community. No matter what category a person's niche make fall under, time is of the essence, can fit into any of them, because what are you doing today that is applying for your success for tomorrow?
We all have dreams and passions we want to follow in life, but taking the correct and immediate action is the first step to achieving those goals. There is no dream to big, there is no dream to small. We all start out somewhere. Let's view the trees first one tree at a time, let's look at each leave one leaf at a time. Small dreams turn into major life changing accomplishments. Look at where you are now, look at where you want to go, how do you want to get there? Let your passions come true, let your dreams come true.
Nurse Becca, Congratulations on your 3 referrals. Congratulations on such an awesome accomplish with the signing of the contract that you have worked so hard for and performed with such awesome and amazing dedication to your work that you have put forth to make this dream come true for you! I am sure that the pedicure is one of the many celebrations that you will be receiving! :)

That sounds awesome in the Jeep! once I figured out how to monkey fart it from my phone ...wow the system is stock but sounds like a stadium.
That transplant would be scary to endure, I had a fearless soul of a patient who had to carry around the infusions until a heart could be available. I would drop everything to program pump, central line stuff and manage tube feeds, blood draws, and a story of another who needed both lungs translplanted and stuck a roll of quarters in his sock to meet the weight requirement for the surgery. The details are concealed out of respect for privacy but amazing spirits of people always inspire me

You're quite welcome💝 it was my goofy way of announcing this awesome contract and new referrals. I like to share success stories, even celebrate the small stuff. We don't get commissions or credit from free referrals unless they fill out a profile, but it is exciting to see.
If you think of the transplant situation in these terms, time is of the essence when an organ is in transit to the patient requiring the life saving surgery.

I made only 2 referrals(one profile completed, the other one not yet) so far, but when I saw a message that says someone referred by me, that was a HUGE WOW! I was shocked for a moment indeed. LOL
I am curious though, there are so many success stories at WA, May I need permissions from successful individuals to share their stories on my humble website?
Haha I think you can so so without but it helps to get permissions and they would also want to share it
I have to admit, I am a poor 'goal' setter. When I do remember then they have served me hugely. For now, I need to concentrate on creating a routine/schedule that will help me to complete all the daily tasks. Yes indeed, that will be my goal.
