Reframing the thoughts of self doubt to rejuvenate your business can easily be done with mindfulness. Today Let's organize these thoughts and put an argument in place to refute doubts which can hold us back.
Even if these doubts don't stop you, they become burdensome because of the extra energy to overcome the beast of negativity.
They weigh down people mentally over time.
What sort of doubts about business stop entrepreneurs from achieving success in a special niche?
I am just going to throw some ideas out there and argue with myself like a bad therapy session. But the purpose is not to confuse you! So before I get into this weirdness, I want you to know I don't usually talk to myself or argue back.
This is just for a blog project to help people along who may have had the same or similar doubts that create unnecessary barriers to success.
Saying to yourself, I can't afford to go into business
If I fail I am a complete and utter failure as a person
I don't know how to blank for my biz
All of the other people in my line of work have xyz to spell out their success. I can't do it without insert ridiculous tool you can't live without.
My niche is too narrow
My niche is too broad
So and so said id never succeed if I do such and such or dont do such and such
im too fat
im too ugly
im too thin
im ugly and my breath stinks
well your momma so fat and stupid

When you confront doubts by identifying and reverse engineering the rationale and reframing mindfully, you can attack each as a challenge with such an argument. The rebuttal is always against why we can't accomplish success.
Let's look at affording to go into business.
Identify leaders in your niche, researching the competition. You will uncover many success stories who started out with less than a hundred dollars in a checking or savings account. The free trials can uncover tools worth paying for, to prevent wasted investments.
And what if you fail at your first business adventure? Take a look at how many trials and efforts are truly out forth before any brand becomes popular, chosen or noteworthy. One failed attempt does not exhaust personal worth. Unraveling the flaws in any strategy can prove fruitful for the future.
Not knowing how is not a true barrier for your business. All of the processes are available to learn. Whether one has a network for resources, we all have Google. We search and invest in taking action on what works.
When we try to keep up with the Jonesy people in a niche, it is treading on bending the brand identity. Everyone began somewhere, and you can't skip every challenge but there is a potential to avoid pitfalls by being ovservant. You don't need the macro powered microphone and super background strobe light to record a useful video for guests.
If your niche is to narrow, lean on the audience to teach how to expand. The clues are in comments, and asking point blank questions could also help. A survey can reveal possible ways to open your niche to your ideal customers, too.
When the niche is so broud and ill defined, a brand will struggle to find customers who know like and trust them on an ongoing basis. In a similar regard, a niche can be more distinct by following the needs of the customers. Finding relevant topics in a broad niche boils down when specific content is getting attention. The niche can then be streamlined with direction that catapults results.
As for so and so saying such and such, who are they to dictate your business? It is okay not to follow advice just to appease someone. That doesn't mean forget about providing service. Disagree diplomatically, and perhaps look into the reasoning behind the advice, if it is worth more thought.
No support blues? You can access this in many ways. Schedule on your calendar seeking support, listening and gaining input. This insight is valuable for the future of your business.
I'm too fat or too thin... Okay let's look at this from either end of the extreme is potential discomfort and health risks. No one cares truly otherwise, well maybe your nurse and family. Or if you're in the weight loss or nutrition challenge niches. And hopefully no one beholds halitosis over the internet. For in person meetings horrible breath can be a hindrance. Rest assured, there are always breath mints, give one to your lawyer to keep your case fresh for the settle mint.

The point of my rambling rant is to get into a practice of identifying doubts and working through by reframing. The examples may be different than what is truly happening, but they are meant to see it in a positive way. There are always opportunities for reframing, and I hope this helps to brainstorm.
While identifying doubts, it is important to realize that these are often just a poor excuse settling at mediocre instead of striving for excellence. Continue with persistence and an open mind to combat doubt, reframing as needed to give new levels sucess for your business.
