200 Nurse Becca Blogs are now on Wealthy Affiliate! I give 3 cheers and a Few wahoos for this. Thank you kindly to the visits, for reading and commenting, the interest in networking within the community, caring about my work. I am grateful for the Wealthy Affiliate online family of people all over the world. If you've attended my trainings you may have heard me break out into song, and if you've read my blog jibbas I might have busted out a poem. All those who have witnessed my corny humor and survived, I appreciate you so much.

Many thanks for response to Nurse Becca blog #199!!!

I asked for Wealthy Affiliate input on what questions to ask a small business owner with a service company. It was priceless when I received a PM that helped me learn the business had a former employee's phone number in the call now button on their Facebook account. I was checking to see if the call button rings their business phone, and it did not.

I did a short little prank call in honor of the jibba paragon before we fixed the problem. After which we confirmed the correct number is reached with the button link (it had this incorrect customer diverting setting unknowingly for 2 years). The jibba was enough to laugh our stumps off. We uncovered that the website is not accessible on mobile, and built a list of questions to ask the marketer in charge of updates, admin & paid ads. We focused more on marketing direction for the year 2020.

Next on the agenda, went over designing a list of all customers currently onboarded to thank them for the business, and 200 similar companies or "ideal clients" to send an invitation to the site. We looked into the website linking to Facebook and adding on an additional web administrator who can access and post to Facebook. Next devised a weekly flow of plan, action and evaluate, then revising based on the research. Looked into Asana as a resource or trello, some other way to organize tasks. Or consider just stick with plan, action evaluate process.

Today's meeting, we looked at review ratings on Google and Home Advisor, Yelp and there were a couple others. With researching keyword combinations off Ubersuggest and Jaaxy, as well as looking at direct competitor and indirect competitor sites, we discussed topics which would be relevant to the ideal clients. We also Reviewed hosting configuration as well as the background and web presence of the current marketing firm.

Losing track of time spent 4 hours while making the business owner more aware of resources available for free such as jaaxy, Google and Ubersuggest. Updates like themes and plugins, quality improvement such as refining services, increasing word count and ensuring interlinks on the site to other related posts, as well as the value of video.

It was a productive meeting and I did get a big hug at the end. I think it's great sign the presentation went well. Better than expected and calling for a treat.

For all the work, I gave the company owners their choice of my expert witness hourly fee or one of their cute puppies. Then to write a policy no puppy ransoms allowed. To celebrate, shopping trip for snowmobile outing gear???????????????? Okay, it may seem like an elaborate self reward the wooley socks and indestructible galoshey boots with the fur, touch screen gloves with a zippy pocket for hand warmers, a face shield beaney, overall snowpants...

Feeling spoiled now, just sharing self care techniques for a nurse on a side topic. This was fun but I'm sitting here so confused, how come the purple lavender aroma unicorn only came with 1 ear? I may have to write a review on this product, but would any unicorns hear me?

This was my first experience of presenting Wealthy Affiliate in person, I hope it gives some ideas for the group.

The End #Tata for now,

Legally Yours,

Nurse Becca

Fortress for Sammy's Tree

The last seed planted, the last forest on Earth

One Seed Planted

Sammy's Tree

A Final Spring Birth

Remembered are the trees with their splendid leaves of green

This may be the last one the world shall ever see

Gone are all the animals for they left with their homes

And the ground is now dull dirt speckled with gray bones

To be done before the last fallen leaf

First, we must build a virtual fortress for Sammy's feeble tree

Then make a message for those who come

Filled with inspiration, courage, hope and love

To share like and comment

All of the above

Becca, I have not commented or seen many of your fine posts since before Christmas and just now catching up.
First I loved the fact you have used your skillset offline to present Internet assistance to a company. That's awesome! I had been doing some small business consulting, yet now with more online training, I have stepped up using those skills also.

2nd, thanks for the Youtube Creator Academy post. this is one of my goals this year, and looking at this today, it will help tremendously. You are very talented and will achieve much this year and subsequent years.
Take care kind heart,
Bill

Hi Bill!;) thank you very much

200th blog post and still going and still growing stronger than ever. This is a definite call for a HUGE congratulations of the success for yourself and the success that you have provided to others!

When you stop to really think about things. When you stop to look at where you are, and where you have been, and the stories that follow. You stop to wonder where it is that you started from, and sometimes there is no easy way to answer that question, because many times you don’t really know where we started from. But there is one thing that you do understand, you understand that you started from somewhere, and everything starts from somewhere, everything in life has a starting point, everything does. How do you find that starting point? Very simple, you start the search, start where you know to start. No matter where you find yourself starting at, you will find it, and there is no wrong answer.

It’s not a question of IF you are going to find it – it's WHEN you are going to find it. You understand where you have been, and you understand that in order to get to where we you are going, we have a direction to follow, you take things one day at a time, one step and a time, and we get to where we are going to in life.

It is interesting, about the unicorn only having one ear. Often time when we approach certain things in life, we often find ourselves stepping back for a moment to think things through a little closer. What do you see? What do you feel? Perhaps something special?

I loved the tree poem, so many things to be learned there!

Trees are one of God’s and nature’s most precise gifts. There are so many things that a tree provides to us and teaches us so many things about life and growth. When you look at trees, they are filled with some much information and education that comes from within a trees. We learn so many things through the understanding of how trees become what they are.

There are 5 parts to every tree

root

trunk

branch

limb

leaf

Every part has its purpose.

You could perhaps tie and connect the basic tree analogy into the unicorn, the sky is the limit :)

A good hug is one of the greatest things that you can never get enough of, and a good hug goes a long ways.

I have loved each and every one of the 200 post created and writing by you Nurse Becca, and I am looking forward and so excited to reading and commenting on your next 200 post, and watching you climb the ladder of success and taking others with you because you are always pressing forward, and helping build the lifestyle of others.

Thank you Nurse Becca for everything that you have done, and everything that you have provided, to the WA community, to your community, to your facebook community. You are a true inspiration and leader to your community.

Sincerely,
Ronnie

Dear Ronnie,
I always look forward to your response. Youre most welcome of course. I also look to you as a great source of inspiration. You really got me stumped this time because I don't see the tree to unicorn analogy so that went straight over my head. I thought about it but I still did not come up with an answer.
Regardless, I love your input. The poem is a prayer for an American family to build their dream. I wrote Fortress for a Tree when I was 9 years old, then revised it 2x, once for Fleeky and once for Sammy. I have a couple poems I rewrite. One called Semper Fi'nally I edit almost every year for Veteran's day. Being a poet and a tree hugger and a vet lover won't necessarily pay the bills, but I do have fun with it sometimes.
I'm glad you liked my poem, and your feedback is continually supportive.
Now I'm curious; what in the WA-hoo does the one eared purple unicorn have to do with a tree? Ok this is a stretch, but maybe because the missing ear is symbolic of the people who couldn't call for tree service because the facebook call now button actually rang a competitor phone...
I thought perhaps it's made in China sweat shop so it fell off somewhere as a sign of an exhausted 12 year old with no shoes who thought she sewed it on correctly. Who knows? Maybe those type of unicorns really only have 1 ear. I'm going to the website on the tag and seeing if they advertise 2 ears or just 1.
I'm not just gonna give up on the fluffy lavendar smelly fuzzy friend because ironically, it makes me feel better about missing my Julie and she was born deaf in the right ear.
Have a great day!

Kind Regards,
💝Nurse Becca

Dear Nurse Becca,
It is very clear that you are:
a great poet,
a great writer
and a great blogger.

A beautiful poem,
a beautiful prayer,
and a great way to build a dream!

Trees go through many challenges, the most common challenge for a tree is storm damage. ice and wind. Although they get this damage, they continue to grow and produce in the way that nature intended for it to. How does this happen? Nature provides a different method for that tree to grow and to provide. Where it may be harmed it one area, it may be more prosperous in another.

For example, if any part of that tree becomes damaged in anyway, the leaves and nature that it provides is still strong and health, because nature is providing its way of understanding how to continue to keep growth and developing.

In the same way with people with disabilities are true blessed in other areas, and I have so much respect for that because they are able to create ideas and do things that there others senses are providing to them. They understand how to find ways of making other things work for them. They may discover things that no one else can because they understand how to different ways of how to use their other senses.

The one ear purple unicorn, may be blessed or have a blessing, in other areas because of it only having one ear.

You do present a very good food for thought

You Nurse Becca have an awesome way of thinking!

Kind Regards,
Ronnie
