#1 Position Google! #1 Yahoo, Too! Continuing Education Nurses
Ongoing effort to lifelong learning is continuing education, nurses. But the knowledge here can pertain to many business specialties.

I can hardly believe my eyes
The 3rd area research on Bing. Drums roll with a cymbal clang ...the site has not yet been Binged:

but hay...
I am absolutely surprised for winning first places on Google and Yahoo!
Wealthy Affiliate training has continually provided this nurse with new skills.
Here are a few things I tried out:
1. Check on Bing webmaster for ranking and data
2. Follow the Google Analytics to learn how to plan campaign goals, and research trends to allow growth
3. Use jaaxy to look up your site and find ranking
4. Research the business, website and niche trends in digital and local markets
These have been useful and insightful to build strategy for the new year 2020.
In 2019, a recapture all the places visited:
- Washington
- California
- Idaho
- Arizona
- Oregon
- Wyoming
- Montana
The travel was an opportunity to learn to navigate and plan ahead as much as possible and using communication to get through complications when they inevitably arise.
Or make heads spin at times.
There are also times when heart and soul aches to stay closer to home, and be support for our children and their endeavors.
This year, I taught and learned subcutaneous immunoglobilins and biological infusions, intravenous treatments, ultra rare conditons, all assisted living staff inservices related to resident care, and those of skilled nursing level, peritoneal dialysis, a new negative pressure wound therapy device, infection preventionist, live coaching by Jay, Neuro crash course, certification for drug urinalysis screenings and long term care case analysis. I discovered and practiced closed captioning art and science in making websites SEO friendly while concurrently working out accessibility for the people who have visual difficulties.
One time I tried to follow Kyle and Jay training without a speaker, and much of it is powerpoint. Despite nursing school trying to power point me to death, the webinar style presentations noted with organized slides made main points well. Through the training on Kyle and Jay videos helps keep me on track to review it with and without the sound.
2019 was the year I learned how to create and rank and made it to the 6 rank with top 10 posts frequently as an ambassador for Wealthy Affiliate. When starting out, I never imagined all of this would happen. I discovered how to make screencast videos, GIF and images, and how to get and NOT to get banned on WA within the rules writing. The powers that be (Kyle) reinstated my privileges and used all of this as a great learning opportunity. When we make mistakes, character in overcoming matters.
This year I learned how to operate hiring software that was super duper complicated, then I got it then it changed and I had to figure that out again. I learned gobs about a minecraft like software called Point Click Care. Along with something called Lifecare University Healthcare Academy endless webinars and tests and interactive but not that interesting time suckers starving to death.
Oh I got on another little soap box.
In review, the learning this year was enormous.
In 2019, I Couldn't quite learn how to be brave enough not to feel panic when my little girl was fighting some aggressive atypical skin cells and the therapies melted her dermal tissues that looked like boiling burns.
I did learn how to create and promote on Facebook, even enable local findings within niche markets on LinkedIn, I figured out finagling tweets not too twitty on Twitter, Post a virtual poke on a Pinterest pin, Make a Medium articles, use the crap out of Canva, monkeyfart Quora queries, fiddle about with Instagram instantly, and ways you yoyo youtube to make a mark on analytics. Many of these are integrated, such as screencasting onto YouTube as a sorta computer geek guru original Skywalker like gangster stone stare to hide the looks of confusion until we can figure parts of web vastness out.
One secret I uncovered who are not afraid of geeking out for a moment is the Amazon Early Reviewer program. Even people who don't affiliate with Amazon stand to learn a lot from the examples they set forth for branding and business operation. Their free learning has been a great resource for research.
Who knew all this even was here?
Reminding myself of teaching and learning projects over a one year period, I wanted to start discussion with Wealthy Affiliate University students, alumni and perspectives.
Learning a super sense of grateful excitement to see your business name on paychecks, people trust your mission and your brand.
An ode to affiliate marketing.
The support in this community for gaining knowledge and caring about culture is enormous. The amount of learning right here on the WA University is applicable to all areas of business. The live trainings compiling for years on the intricacies of the internet exists as a massive example of why the web is named as such, with more layers like a silken spider than people who visit to shop and browse or fans watching Youtubes all day.
One amazing thing that inspires me is that I can watch a video created more than 5 years ago by Jay and he still has the same signature brand of introduction and the information still proves helpful when watching the recorded coaching sessions. I always recommend Jay's live coaching, and signed up for yearly Wealthy Affiliate membership to have the benefit ongoing.
Thank you for warmly welcoming me to this community, and understanding my nose tucked in books, buried in charts and rummaging central supply or behind the wheel through a snowstorm to help an injured worker. I'm always hunting for more information to share with the group here. Paying it forward is one of my favorite parts of being a part of Wealthy Affiliate. With recent months, I self-isolated and drowned in work but it does not work out that way.
Now streamlining, catching up and welcome to this reflection.
For 2020 plan to create more video trainings and reviews. The top agenda is called the Power of Expertise by Elle Pierson, and had the process of marketing and branding health care consulting business. Her main business is focused on building reputation with intent on the internet for medical providers. The book has more value than many priced higher and I wont go all out Reading Rainbow, but I strongly believe the marketing principles are useful.
A Blessing of Blogging
With everything compiled in compartments of education, conglomeration of CEU's and teachable concoctions...I did learn an unsung blessing of blogging.
That of putting sore feet up!

I have learned a lot at WA this year and found that a lot of it had to do with the many of the terms that I was unfamiliar with. On the other hand I feel much better now than when I started. Reading your fantastic Post, if I had gone through what you went through, I would be in the Funny Farm right now. NnurseBecca, I can not comprehend how you can accomplish all those things, travel, reading books, seminars, studying, writing, learning and still have time for the family. Congrats on all your accolades, accomplishments and everything else & wish you a successful WA in 2020.

Success is not a place, it's not a destination, it is a lifestyle, it is a journey that is based around our daily choices and decisions. Each day that you live your life of happiness, you are one step closer than what you were yesterday to fulfilling and adding to that success story that inspires everyone else to pursue their dreams, their goals, their duties in life. Nurse Becca, every choice that you have made, every decision along your journey in life has prepared you for your next level of success, it has advantaged you into new and exciting levels. Why use the term ‘next level of success’? Because success is one thing that you continue to add to and build on each and every day, each and every year, and years to follow.
Each year that goes by, is one more year that you fulfilled your life's purpose, your life’s passion, your life’s mission. It is one more year that you have overcome the challenges and obstacles of yourself and become more of an inspiration for others to follow. Not only are you fulfilling your life’s purpose, passion, mission, but you are also fulfilling the life’s purpose, passion, mission of someone else. How? By adding value and trust with a source of education they can rely on and depend on.
Sometimes a challenge can be feared simply due to its overwhelming content, which is perfectly normal. The way that you understand how to confront a challenge is to understand what the nature of a challenge is, because it can be thought of that some of the challenges you face in life are unsuccessful and feel like failure, and that is not true at all. Failure is when you have given up. Success is when you approach the challenge at every angle until you find the angle that fits your lifestyle.
A challenge in nothing more than a test. Does that mean that ever challenge is going to be a success? That means that every challenge is a way for you to prepare for your next mission and assignment, your next level. You do not fail in life you learn and you grow. There is a big different between those two. Everyone learns in their own way and style, a challenge is exactly just that. If you fail, that is when you have given up. A challenge is when you adapt to the situation, and you learn and you grow from it.
Just like we travel from state to state, from location to location, you use a source of navigation to get us from place to place. We also travel in life from assignment to assignment, mission to mission, journey to journey. As you use your navigation to get you from one location to the next, you have to travel through certain areas and locations to get you to where you are going, to get you to your location of choice. The same holds true with your assignments and missions in life. Your challenge in life prepares you for your next assignment and mission. Just like when you travel, you must go through one area to get to the nest. Your assignments and missions in life work the same way, you must go through one area to get to the next. The difference between a mission and a location, is adapting to your lifestyle needs.
Nurse Becca, you are such an inspiration the things that you have accomplished to watch your success story grow. To watch you put your heart into what you believe in, how much you believe in others, to watch your accomplishments grow, to watch you build the success stories of others is truly amazing. You have overcome the obstacles of many challenges in the past year. You have helped others overcome their obstacles. Can’t wait to see the years looking forward.
The one thing that I have learned this year is, when you put others first. Nurse Becca, the blogs that you have written, your teaching ability has put others first, then your dreams. visions, and goals will follow.
