Hey I found that recently all the pictures I post on my site are automatically aligning themselves in the centre even though I make sure I click right alignment, any idea what I
Hi Nick....The same thing happened to me. I am so glad that I read this post. Now, I realize why. Have a great day. :)
HI Nick, all pictures that we upload from media library or our files automatically appear on the left. You'll have to click the image again then you'll see 2 icons on the upper left corner, click the image and you can adjust the size and make sure you click the alignment you want -left, centre or right, and save.
Maybe Giludi's post will help you Nick
my.wealthyaffiliate.com/giludi/blog/creating-a-fake-column
Sure sounds like you are not hitting the UPDATE button, if everything returns to how it was before you made any changes!
Yeah and the odd thing is that when I started everything was aligned to the right and after a few days all of my pictures aligned themselves to the left without me even updating anything
That's weird. You actually have it right aligned when looking at "inspect element". But then you have the pinterest code also. My uneducated guess would be that this is the reason.
John
Actually come to think of it, it all started when I linked my pinterest to my website, that may be the problem. I'll play around with it thank you.
Thanks but, I click on preview and everything looks fine but when I look at my actual site the alignment is still off.
After Preview...are you clicking on the UPDATE button to the right? Sorry for these simple questions...but I have made that mistake in my early days....

Can anyone recomend any good screen capture programs for me to use in my next video?
I use ScreenFlow on the Mac and I've heard Camtasia is good for the PC. These are both paid softwares.
I just did a tutorial on MonoSnap which is free for all platforms
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/wayne-wallace/blog/monosnap-review-tutorial
Now, that a re-read your question I think you're interested in non video so MonoSnap would be your choice if you just want to capture the screen.
Of course build into the back is a screen capture CMD+Shift+3 or 4
I use this often and have it put them in my dropbox folder so I can share them with people or myself on different computers.
I don't know what is the point in chiming in a discussion where the author of the thread doesn't care enough to comment on the answers, it certainly puts me off.
Hi Nicholas.
I've used various ones:
1) Snap (from Ashampoo)
2) Captivate (now from Adobe)
3) Screencast-o-matic
My recommendation would be Screencast-o-matic: http://screencast-o-matic.com/ - it's free, or has a small charge for the paid version (you can record longer videos).
It allows you to add comments, zoom, shapes etc after recording - it allows you to add a captions file - add audio after you have recorded video etc. It's just an all round great package imo. I used 1 and 2 for years - until I found SOM just a couple of months ago.
I hope this helps?
All the best, Mark
I used screencast-o-matic today and worked perfectly fine! I've created two videos! I'm so thrilled it worked!
I have no idea what you three are talking about. However; will save this discussion for future reference! That's the beauty of WA! We are constantly given "pearls" of information. Sometimes it is useful at the moment and other times later on. Thank you!
Hi Oscar! Thank you for your kindness. I try to be supportive to everyone's discussions however; sometimes a little baffled at the discussion. I try to save the information thinking that somewhere down the line it will become useful! Have a good day my friend! :-)
The best in the business is snag-it by TechSmith. If you rather record a video of what is going on the screen I suggest, Camtasia Studio. I've used it in the past and I can say it works great.

I just uploaded a YouTube video, what do you guys think? All criticisms are welcome
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMyfyIDxgmI
Hey Nick I like the video. Here is what I noticed you seem to look to the left a little bit, if you are reading maybe put the script closer to the camera. Just a thought.
Brenda
Nice Nick.
Only critique I can give you is you stumbled on some words, which actually helps solidify the non salesman approach, and the top of your head is cut off in the video.
Overall, nice work. :)
I liked the video a lot, but what you seek is improvement and not praise. I love that it was shot in your kitchen which gives it a homespun feel, set the camera a bit further back so that the top of your head is not cutoff. You must rehearse the content a few more times so that your eyes don't travel from the camera to your notes, or move the notes next to the camera so that it minimizes the effect. If you could fill the kitchen with more items even if they are out of shot it will eliminate a bit of the echo.
Be well.
Oscar.

Sorry but the music drowns out your voice and the camera shake is distracting. Live and learn. Your next one will be much better, I'm sure.
Hi Nick! I concur with Steve. The music is too much, and it is hard to understand what you are saying. The idea of using music is generally good -lots of people are doing it. You just need to take some time to polish the video. Look at what some others are doing and take the best and leave behind whatever isn't the best. You are off to a great start! Just keep working on the details. :-)
I don't know if the camera shake is intentional, but I find it distracting. There again that's just me.
Please don't take this the wrong way, but in my opinion having music blasting out when someone is talking is not a good idea. In fact I personally find it incredibly annoying. I had to stop the video before it got to the end.
If it was me I would drop the music (while talking anyway) and secure the camera. I would then not be distracted from what is being said.
I hope you take this as constructive criticism and I don't mean any offence :-)
Just made another Youtube video any suggestions?

I think Wallace did say the most, I would change the title, because "Make Money Online" is surely one of the most used keywords on internet and youtube.
Your voice is good. If you want to write on a board I would hang it and stand in front of it. I would also edit out as much of the um and and parts of silence as possible. Maybe think about using the screen to draw on and just capture your screen instead of using a white board. See my video here http://youtu.be/yY6H1AxQdCY
Nicholas - well done for getting a video up. I didn't watch the whole video - but here is my initial impression.
It's fine to talk without a script - but if you do that you need to be a little clearer about what you want to say - you have quite a lot of ums and pauses that can be slightly off putting.
Who is your target audience? I couldn't work this out - because if it is for a beginner it is really complicated and telling people that they need a strong educated team behind them seems like you're only talking to small or medium business owners.
