If a new starter puts in the time for 3 months as a teat drive without upgrading to premium, then
A) is it possible for him to still make commission i
Commissions are half if you are on Starter. If you click on the $ on the menu you can find out about the program there. Or try this link https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share
As for payments you can follow your payments also I am not sure if Paypal will notify you but you have to set the payment threshold in Wealthy Affiliate .
It is most likely worth Joining as Premium when you can afford it as there are bigger commissions and the web hosting everything is included for 25 of your own domains and 25 sub domains.
Quite unbelievable value.

Appreciate your advice & take for your time.
A) Good to know we can still make commission without the premium - great then after 3 months I will surely upgrade. It's not about the money, I just need to see results, that would make it exciting.
B) I'm still finishing on training so I'll try to figure how to set the payment threshold on WA

Most people don't start making money until they have large websites with lots of high quality content. Even then you are usually looking at least a year down the track.
3months is a very short time frame to expect results. There is no such thing as get rich quick.
I don't want to stifle your efforts but please don't expect results too soon.

WA delivers and it works. If you follow the training, stay consistent and don't give up. You will see results eventually.
However, there isn't a certain time frame to when you will see the money. How long has it taken you to earn what you earn? Anyhow, as a free member yes, you can make commissions within WA and I am not sure how a starter member gets alerts but, I know as a premium member you will receive an email from Kyle and Carson saying congrats...
PayPal won't send you a notice...at least they have never sent me one. Only WA will...
