Image Intelligence
Okay, for all you IT intellects this may NOT be a big deal! If this is the case, just humor me and my novice excitement :)
For the last couple days I struggled a bit with inserting images into my website. The first day I was paralyzed with the fear and did NOTHING to accomplish this task. Yesterday, I tried, but ran into road blocks. This morning I was determined to do what I needed to do. I put on my headphones and listened to some alpha and theta waves to help my brain with the activity.
I am happy to report, I DID IT! And TBH it wasn't difficult at all. This is an example of how your fears can block you from moving forward.
Tarot Message
Last night I awoke and was guided to watch a tarot reading- which I do on a regular (not necessarily in the middle of the night) to help understand where I am in life and what I am doing that may be blocking me from moving forward and upward. Well, this particular message was talking about putting the phone down because all the messages/ images you are scrolling through are entering your brain and the brain can get overloaded trying to work on all that it has taken in.
That being said, this morning I put my phone down and did nothing but the task at hand- putting images into my articles.
Myths of Multi-tasking
So, often we try to multi-task in hopes of completing multiple tasks in a short amount of time. We all do it. We all know it's not the best practice, but we still DO IT! It's how we have been conditioned.
I think I heard it here at WA, not really sure. Wouldn't it be better to spend 10 hours doing one thing well then spending 10 hours struggling through 10 things. Well, today I choose to spend my time doing ONE thing at a time, perfecting that ONE thing so that eventually I won't have to spend as much time on that thing. When that happens I can move on to perfect, or almost perfect something else.
Thank you for sharing in my excitement! Baby steps... Baby Steps!

There's a Caribbean "drip by drip the bucket will full". It just means some things take longer than others but each small step (each drip) will eventually get you to your destination (a full bucket).
By the sounds of it, you're finding YOUR perfect way to learn and grow here in WA. Keep up the momentum and I'm confident you'll keep hitting your targets.
Nice chatting with you Nicole.
I'm a multi-tasker and have been for years, Nicole! I get tremendous amounts of tasks done, usually with no issues!
I do know what you are talking about though--multi-tasking isn't for everyone! I; however, would be lost without it!
