Here's my 2 cents :) ---
Too many words, they 'damage' your beautiful image. Wordings in the logo are not so clear. W E seems like W F. May be a different font style. The whole thing itself is too busy as an ad.

I see what you mean by the E. The whole ad is about building websites and letting your ship sail. If I use less wordings on it I am afraid it might not send the right message through. What do you think?
I would put the text on the blank space, not the boat itself. That's just my opinion if it were my ad. Get that purple text on the blank space/the sky. What kind of ad is this for? If facebook ad, certainly a big no no with text on the image. But for others on your own website, it's fine. :)
Hope you understand what im trying to say. Im on mobile and working 2 things at the same time. :/
Hi, great job! I like your logo, but I am not liking/understanding the picture choice, too busy. The logo only would work, but I see a boat can be representative to your logo. In this case, I would use only the white sail, your logo and tagline. It would be clearer, cleaner and your logo would stand out. Wishing you success! :)
The ship is representing the "let your ship sail" meaning you have to do something to succeed, it wont happen by itself. Everything about the ad has its purpose, what do you think?
Oh ya, I totally get and like the logo and ''ship meaning''. I'll pm you with more details tomorrow. Thanks for acknowledging my response.
