Why have you gone from charging me $50 per month to $200 per month?
If $200 is the subscription price now please close my account because I'm not paying that much for my web

There’s no tier of membership at $200/month. You’re a Premium Plus member so that would be $99/month.

You’re also asking your question to the community. We’re members just like you. You can cancel, downgrade, etc., via your account settings.

As far as I can see, on any normal site you go to help support and you get support from the administrators of the site and not the community billboard, but that's what happens here. The site administrators need to look at that and, well, give support. And still I have been charged twice for the subscription and since this is the only avenue I can use to get my message across to the administrators to try and get some support then unfortunately that is what has to be done.

Site Support is for all technical issues with your website. So for all support regarding your website you'd go there. When it's not related to your site, it goes out to the community because more often than not the questions are related to the training, growing the business, etc.

For any issues regarding billing, check your account settings>Subscriptions to confirm that you've been billed, then just send Kyle or Carson (or both) a PM with that info.

First you signed up for the Premium Plus plan which start discount 49 first month then 99 dollars thereafter, if you want to downgrade to Premium at 49 a month instead of 99 a month, you can do that here

Why have you gone from charging me $50 per month to $200 per month?

I am trying to transfer a domain to WA.
What is a transfer code and where do I get one?

Hi

You may transfer or point to WA servers (if transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.

To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. To transfer your domain here you need login current registrar and fetch the EPP code, there's a one year charge of $15, privacy included. One year more will get added to your domain.

Also it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.

If your site has content you need get in touch with site support for further instructions.

They will typically ask you for FTP info and your domain name, they'll set up a siterubix subdomain and upload files then you can check everything is okay before you point your domain to WA servers.

When I tried to transfer I was told I had to wait 60 days after the domain was registered. So if your site is over 60 days, I would contact the place you bought it and ask them for a transfer code.
