You may list your domains using marketplaces like GoDaddy, Sedo, Flippa, and | or Uniregistry. I would follow up on each site's terms and conditions, what you need to look for, and how to make sales. Also, I would use escrow services to avoid getting scammed. They typically charge a fee.

If you have a built site, it is worth getting an estimate and working out your stats so that your buyer | and the bidder can work out their ROI. And to prove authenticity and transparency.

Or you may employ brokers to sell your domains; they also charge a fee.

I want to sell a domain name I purchased recently. I did not create a website on it at all. I want to sell it because there is another business in the us with the exact same name. I went to GoDaddy and when I entered the domain name it says that it is not registered to my gmail account and asks if it is registered under a different account. I see that you have various useful answers here. To me, it depends on whether you want to stick 100% with the training, which I encourage you to do, so it means that somewhere in the training it is explained. Sorry, I can't say exactly where because it's been a long time that I have learned it.

I have been using Yoast SEO for quite a while because they have some features that are included that I like using, and loads of training. Unfortunately, it is an extra plugin that you may but want to add to your website, so I don't want to lure you to go that route, but if you are interested, this guy Israel explains the process of verifying your site using Yoast SEO very well ~~> How to Verify Your Site with Google Search Console Hope this helps and do not hesitate to explore some of the suggestions that others have posted for you too.

install yoast seo plugin free, they have a tutorial that walks you right through the whole process , i have done it 6-7 times and still forget how to do it , yoast plugin makes it dead simple for adding analytics to, to your success.

You can verify using Google Analytics. Set up a GA acct (or go to your GA acct), copy your GA ID#, go to your Dashboard --> All in One SEO --> General Settings --> paste your GA ID# in the designated box and save. Then go to Google Search Console & select Verify using Google Analytics.

Why bother? Google will get to you, but meantime...you 'know' that you have purchased your domain name through WA; and you 'know' that you own it. So... why waste time on that when you could be doing something productive to contribute to your earning ability? Just a thought. Hope it helps.

Go to your website and follower all direction that it will give you to follow and then go to your email and follow that link back to your website. After this, all should be good to go.

Did you get your subdomain changed to your domain name?

On your website dashboard click Appearance, then Themes. Choose 'Add New'. This will take you to WP Themes. Choose your theme, click 'Install' and after your theme is installed, click 'Activate'.

If you are still in straining this will probably be one of your next steps for sure. As Kyle has us start on the free site then in the first week he has you move it to a Domain that you own. I would just follow the training step by step.

Absolutely. Always do so for a new site.

You can't have a new site without registering the domain first.

Unless you start off with a free one. This has two problems.

1. You may not be able to get the same name as the one you used for the free site. So you've already got an identity crisis.
2. You'll have to go to the trouble of transferring your content from the free one to the new one.

To be professional, always register the domain first, point the dns to WA then build your site out.

Hi Nichola, just a personal opinion, if you are looking to make a commitment to creating an online presence.

Buy that Domain name yesterday, before someone buys it today.
