It is in the process of doing that inspiration comes. Your mind is engaged in what you are doing and that seems to be that catalyst for the creation of additional ideas to come forth in the form of inspiration.
Additionally, when you encounter challenges while doing things. You often turn to brainstorming to find solutions to overcome the challenges that you are experiencing. This process ignites inspiration so that you can come up with the most effective ways to overcome the challenges and get on with what you are doing.
You just can not sit still and wait for inspiration but rather, begin doing what you must and during this process of doing inspiration might just come to you. The process of working at something seems to be the trigger for inspiration.

With inspiration, you are able to move from the ordinary way of thinking to thinking of a higher level. Inspiration opens you to new possibilities by allowing you to surpass your ordinary experiences and limitations. With inspiration, you are pushed from impossibilities to opportunities beyond your wildest dreams.
Moreover, inspiration helps you to look differently at your abilities. It also has a profound effect on important life outcomes. Inspiration may be considered mythical or divine; however, work mastery seems to be the key factor in evoking it. More importantly, inspiration seems to be a combination of your own knowledge and the information you receive from the world. However, when inspiration hits you, it effects on your life can be transformative.

I considered what needed a solution the night before.
