Meaning of the Quote:
Judge not and better yet forgive everything and everyone so that you can be in a state of happiness.
Discussion of the Quote:
Judge not, lest ye be judged! Who are we to stand in judgment of others? We often love to be juries, judges and executioners for others. However, when the same is done to us we get highly annoyed. Therefore, we must not judge anyone. We can be in a state of happiness if we don’t.
Additionally, we carry around the burden of unforgiveness with us. We often feel that what others have done to us is almost unforgivable. As a result, we are not forgiving them for the wrongs that they have done unto us. However, we have to remember that forgiveness is not for the persons that have hurt us, it is for us.
More importantly, when we forgive the wrongs that others have done unto us, we do not give away our power to others by allowing them to make us feel pain and anger when we remember what they have done to us.
Final Thoughts:
When we forgive, we can move ourselves from a state of anger, pain and hurt to a state of happiness knowing that we can let go of the bitterness and move to a higher frequency which could be happiness. We have to forgive everything whether we think they are major or minor or unforgivable. We can not destroy our own happiness because of the wrong that others have done to us. The burden should be on the wrong doers not the persons who have been wronged. Do not become a victim of everyone or anything. Raise above all that.
Moreover, do not judge others. When we do, we are putting ourselves in an exalted position which indicates that we are better than others. Therefore, we can judge others. However, we have to remember that when we point one finger at others we are pointing three back at ourselves. So judge not!

We also need to learn to forgive ourselves even when we feel wrong was done to us.
It is our negative emotions that create further harm to us so by forgiving ourselves first we are able to forgive others.
For many this can be a hard pill to swallow but vital if we are to find peace within ourselves.
