Integrity is not about luck. You either have it or you don’t. If you have it, it is a quality that you have to work on to improve it.
Discussion of the Quote:
What is integrity? Integrity is “the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, moral uprightness.” Integrity does not come about by luck nor is it something that we stumble upon. It is a personal quality that has to be desired, developed and worked at so that you improve on it.
Additionally, you are either a person of integrity or not. You can choose to develop this personal quality or not. If you desire to have and develop this quality, it is something that you have to practice and be consistent with by your actions.

When we practice integrity in our daily lives and within our businesses' dealings, we gain the trust of others especially those that we work with closely. More importantly, integrity means doing the right thing even when it is not so easy to do. It is not something we only do when people are around us. Rather, it is something that we do all the time even when no one is watching.
