Discussion of the Quote:
Why waste your time calculating your chances of success and failure. We have to leave some things up to chance but if we really put in the necessary work we just might achieve our aims once we make the decision to begin and work to achieve our aims.
Some times chances work out in our favor or not. However, we just have to not be concerned with what ifs or what might be. Instead, we should focus on taking action towards the achievement of our goals and let the chips fall where they may.
Final Thoughts:
We all have to work at creating the lives that we want to live even if we are afraid of failure. But, what if we choose not to try, but if we did we would have succeeded. That could be the saddest mistakes that we would have made.
So instead of us consuming our lives with the unknown or trying to figure out whether we will succeed or fail at things we want to accomplish. We should just make a conscious effort to begin and take action to achieve what we want in life despite all the unknowns or what ifs. We should just let it be and try to beat the odds and get what we want out of life.

Instead of taking action, they allowed self doubt to destroy any chances of success.
