Hi Everyone,

I am using Device Themes options, Theme 1 for Desktop/laptop and Theme 2 for Mobile.

By default, Theme 1 is activated while Theme 2 is just sitting ther

I am interested in hearing what people have to say about this topic. I am struggling with mobility and themes as well. I downloaded a plug in called Mobile Theme Switcher. It seems to be working on my home page only. And different pages in my theme show up in different formats on my Iphone. Hopefully we'll get some good suggestions!

Hi everyone,

My website shows a tiny version while using Mobile phone, and sometimes images just refused to show up. However there is no issues on PC, Laptop and Tablet.

I don't know anything about permalinks. I have studied the topic somewhat, but haven't really grasped it and tried to really learn about it yet.

Thanks Sanchez, maybe will consider for last resort.

Have double checked my theme is mobile responsive, so that isn't the problem.

Here is what I found-
A fully responsive, customizable, translation-ready and extendable child theme. As its parent, Follet, Alétheia is SEO friendly via schema.org microdata, and compatible with all post formats.

So I just couldn't figure out what is wrong somewhere, this is frustrating. Could it be just a simple settings that i've missed or it could be alot more complicated...haiz....

Really appreciate your kind advise, will try too meddle it up abit before i give up and change to a different theme. Thanks a lot!!

When I had a child theme as my theme, Wordpress told me that I needed to have the parent theme installed also for the child theme to work properly. Even though the parent theme was never activated, it needed to be installed into themes.

Did that and it seems like it is too obstinate, probably it's under rebellious stage..;)

Will try other possibility..

Very much appreciate it!

You will figure it out eventually. Sorry I couldn't help.

No worry Sanchez, I'm so happy for the help you rendered, it's your propitious response keeps me in moving forward...really appreciate it from within, thanks a lot!!

If it bothers you, you could try a different theme. Just read the details and it should tell you if it is a good mobile theme or not.

Hi all, sorry to say that i am a programming illiterate, could someone teach me on how to convert the html code to url so that i can link it to my specific content? Because i co

I did a training video on creating links this should help you out.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/creating-links

Thanks alot Leoemery, gone through the video, but it does not teach on how to place the full HTML code into a content or convert it to URL. If i'm not mistaken, the video was pasting a URL instead of the full HTML code, is there any other training that could help on this problem?
Many thanks!

Simply switch to text mode from visual to see the HTML version of your page or post - this will show all the HTML code including your links for both text and images.

If you want to place full HTML code onto a page or a post you have to be in the text mode of your editor not visual. You can also place HTML code within widgets.

So for example here in the WA affiliate section you will find HTML code for banners this code has the WA link and you affiliate ID built in.

Just like the HTML image or test code you get from amazon or any other affiliate.

You can place this code anywhere, like I mentioned make sure you are in Text Mode with your editor.

Hope this was the info you were looking for?

Hi Leo, oh yes, that's what i'm looking for! Thanks so much, really appreciate it..!! Pardon me for asking so 3-year-old question.

Best regards

No worries - glad to help

Hi all, I have a question on the website issue, hope anyone here can shed some lights. I have no problem surfing my website via a laptop, PC and tablet, however there are lots o

Hi all,

It's about the mobile display. After much of testing, i finally found out that at the bottom of my webpage, there is this "permalinks" with an icon did the trick. So whenever a user uses mobile, they will get a tiny version of my website and some images does not display as it supposed to do. However, if the user click on the "permalink" at the bottom of my page, everything shows up!!

But this shouldn't be a case, any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hello Nic,

Check it with tool:

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

Wow, thanks Jonicas, but the remedy actions suggested by the tool was alien to me...i have zero knowledge on programming..will try to figure out...Really appreciate your help...

Best regards

I try using Sumsung galaxy S5 and HTC desire, both are having same problem, loading slow, first load does not fit the screen - required to enlarge the site, some pictures just refuse to show up... what a headache...

That is strange, I would only be guessing at other fixes. You could contact the support at https://wordpress.org/themes/aletheia.

Thanks alot Shpedros, that's good...will do that!!

Best regards

If that is the issue, I'm pretty sure there would be a plugin that can help convert your theme to be mobile friendly.
What theme are you using?

Oh, that will be nice, I am using Aletheia, very much appreciate your help.

Just checked and your theme is mobile responsive, so that isn't the problem.

Here is what I found-
A fully responsive, customizable, translation-ready and extendable child theme. As its parent, Follet, Alétheia is SEO friendly via schema.org microdata, and compatible with all post formats.

Maybe try it on a different device?

It might be the theme is not mobile compatible.

Thanks Shpedros, so is there anything i can do to rectify it, as the theme was selected from the "build my website" pool? may thanks..
