Nothing in life limits people than themselves. We need to conquer our fears and inferiority complex, belief in our selves knowing that We are all in our various timelines in life, and should also learn how to conquer this great cloud of adversaries around us by applying the changes u listed above,
such as;
being assertive, working hard to disappoint their hope of your failure, careless about their hurty words, knowing that your God will never give up on you even if life looks like it's failing you.

Yes, it is very true, my friend.
I have had many difficulties in life, like a "rough road or a curving" and hard times in life. But believe in yourself and take action towards it; little by little, you'll see, and you'll be resolving those.
