Let's use these RULES for a SUCCESSFUL start in October!
A special friend gave this to me this morning.
I am just using the headings to provide us with some encouragement as we start a new month today
As we build our online businesses, there are so many hurdles, big trees and distractions to hinder us from achieving success.
Let this be a new start to a new month :)
7 Rules of Life
1. Let it Go
Since we started our affiliate journey, let us mark that as just the starting phase.
Let the past be the past
Always remember that each day is another day given, another chance to pursue our journey
2. Ignore them
There will always be others who have not achieved any success in their life.
Their 'advice', to you, is mainly based on their lack of success
Take back your power and let success be your voice.
3. Give it time
I learned this from my dad. The rain nor wind cannot go on forever. One day the sun will come out. Be prepared to take advantage when it does
4. Don't compare
I am a very competitive person, but I'm only in competition with myself.
Try and strive to beat the person you were the day before.
5. Stay calm
This may take some time, but eventually, you will get it somehow.
Everything takes time, even success. Learn to take things at your own pace, and you will eventually get there.
6. It's on you
The onus is on you to get the success you deserve. Take advantage of every opportunity and possibility.
7. Smile
A smile goes a long way. It is the recommended dosage for stress, business and happy life.
Let's make October beautiful and productive!

I hope you're doing well, thank you for your wise words.
I remember when I was at Bible school, the Principal often saying that; "the problems we have are often caused by ourselves"! I have never forgotten his words!
It's important that we live freely, if we don't do the above, we are only hurting ourselves!
I will reply to each of your points with numbers.
1. I agree, big time, every morning when we wake up we have the potential to do something really good and achieve something massive.
2. This is a great point, there are some people who we just need to ignore and run from them. Hanging around with them will only hold us back.
3. Everything takes time, things happen, but all we can do is keep moving forward and push ahead.
4. It's the easiest thing in the world to compare ourselves with someone and make ourselves look better, this is a definite no-no! We were all created individuals and created to be different, let's not compare but give praise to the different people around us.
5. Staying calm is so important, being on edge and frantic will make no difference, apart from taking us to an early grave! And steal our joy!
6. We are responsible for what we do. When we read a success story on Wealthy Affiliate it means that a particular member has been working hard and been focused. We have the choice to do exactly the same.
7. I hear you, Simone, a smile goes a long way, why do we always have to be so serious? We never know what people have been through, maybe they have just lost a loved one or lost their job. A smile can change a situation!
