Today
It occurred to me today while ticking off the list I made for my visualisation and business vision that I was doing what I've wanted to do all those years ago.
I am so excited because I am taking significant risks all at once to make my business vision a success.
I know that I am addicted to multitasking, but this is nothing compared to all my daily multitasking!
Don't worry, as always. I will be sharing with you :)

Sometimes you need to be a bit selfish to get to where you want to be.
I'm NOT talking about using others as a stepping stone
Oh no!
Please don't ever do that!
That's so morally wrong!
You can try being selfish by depriving yourself of something that you really need
You can tell yourself that it doesn't matter how long it will take, you will not get up until that need is satisfied.
You can also tell your kids something similar regarding disturbing you, especially when you find yourself in THAT zone.
Sometimes it has to be all about YOU.

I appreciate your wise words, I'm with you on the subject.
The only real way to be successful is to get rid of being timid, fearful and go for it, big time! We can also take risks without being over the top or losing lots of money.
Five years ago when I set up another off-line business, I had to invest quite a bit of money in a particular machine. However, I was confident that I could make this business work utilising the power of the Internet. I could have just watched others steam ahead and just dreamt about it, but that would get me nowhere! Thankfully, the venture paid off. It's good to take calculated risks!
I hear you regarding thinking about ourselves, that's fine as long as we do it in the right manner. As you rightly mention Simone, we don't want to use others as a stepping stone in the wrong way, that would be very wrong. However, having clear thoughts and moving forward has to be a great thing.

I have just been reading Ivan's blog post and how he purchased a $14 domain which with some hard work turned into $48,550, within two years!
You can see Ivan's blog post below. From $14 to $48,550 In Two Years! You're Sitting On a Gold Mine! It is amazing what happens when we take risks, not that buying a $14 domain is a huge risk! The fact is that something small can grow into something big, but we have to put the effort in to make that business grow!
Ivan has worked hard for the last two years but his hard work is paying off, many of us could do the same if we put the effort in. I often think that we are literally sitting on a goldmine, (as Ivan also mentioned) there is just one catch though; we have to take action!

It's good that you're taking some calculated risks, within reason. I believe we have to keep moving forward. It's been said in the Christian life that if we don't move forward daily, we are backsliding! It's quite harsh but true! I believe in the business world, the same type of principles apply, we have to keep moving forward!
I sincerely hope everything comes together for you Simone, I know you have been working hard. Just remember, it takes time! I know for a fact the Internet works, it absolutely astounds me what can be achieved online, it just takes time and work.

There are many people on this platform who are much more knowledgeable than me, especially on the deep technical stuff! (I leave a lot of that to my Webmaster in the US!) However, I have also learnt quite a bit over the years, which I like to share with others!
