It all starts with a PLAN - Time to get out of your comfort zone!
I started selling products since I was 20 years old
I just started nursing school and realised that we were only given water to drink with our meals.
A quick research of out=r school's location showed me a juice factory at the end of the road
A plan was formed in my mind
The following day I started my business off with 6 milk, 6 12 orange juice and 6 pineapple juices. It was a massive success.
All my colleagues, even the staff, bought from me. I even had a reserve list for the following day.
This was not all; I had a vision that after I leave nursing school, I need to get my own place, and for that, I would need furniture.
So, off I went and learned the prices of all the furniture that held my interest.
I add them all together to get an idea of the amount I needed.
Weekly I relentlessly worked towards that figure. and many weeks, I surpassed it as well
In the end, I bought a large refrigerator, a 40 inches tv, a wardrobe, a chest of drawer and a large bed.
It all started with a plan
You can do this too
Many of us here at Wealthy Affiliate is very creative.
We have experiences and ideas that we can put to pen and paper and make a reality.
How about creating your own affiliate products and researching how to let other affiliates market them for you.
We learned so much here that we don't have to only stick at the training
We can get out of our comfort zone and make all our dreams and ideas happen

Hey Simone,
That was a really great idea you had to sell the drinks to your colleagues and staff. Also a great idea to figure out what you needed for your apartment and worked towards getting them. I like you thought process and how you put your plan into action.
My plan right now is to create more training tutorials and then sometime in July, create an digital product that can be sold through my website.
That's my short term goal.
Long term goal is to write my first non-fiction book, entitled "Echoes From the Porch."
Besides completing and publishing my book of poems, this was another dream I wanted complete in my lifetime.

Very sorry that I am getting to this email so late, but I just now finish cleaning the dishes from dinner.
Also, I just received disturbing new about my very close and dear friend. See just turned 83 and a few days after her birthday she got very sick and had to be admitted to the hospital. They found she had a blockage in her stomach. Lesions from past surgeies. She was in a great deal of pain, they ran many tests and finally decided to operate to remove the blockage. The surgery went well. The were able to remove the NG tube and she stopped vomitting. Now they found that the incision was infected and it was determined to be MRSA. She been in the hospital for over 2 weeks now.
Needless to say, I am very upset and worried about her condition.
Sorry for unloading that on you but I knew you would understand where I was coming from since you are a nurse.
On another note, I wanted you to know how much I appreciate all the kind and wonderful things you said in your response above. Your support and encouragement for my latest endeavors mean so much to me...more than you know.
I have not concentrated on posting blogs on the platform because I have been busy with all the other projects I mentioned. I am developing 5 new training tutorials and should have one finished by Tuesday or Wednesday of the coming week.
I find that I would rather be creative in other ways than just blogging on the platform. It means more to me to be able to create material that can be published. I am a writer and a writer I shall be.
I will most certainly respond to anything you post, but I probably won't be posting much in the next few months, except for the training that is.

That news must be really distressing for you. Thank goodness, they found the reason and the blockage was removed.
It is sad though that she is now dealing with MRSA. I do hope they get that under control soon before it gets out of hand.
I know how worried and upset you are, and I will have her in my prayers, Barbara. Believe she will be okay!
I understand what you mean about creativity. I also have several training in place to deliver. Honestly not sure when I will be releasing them.

I want to say that I appreciate your care and concern for both me and my friend. You are a few good friend to have. I don't have many good one. Just wish you weren't across the pond and we could actually meet.

We all need a plan to start with my friend, but I have found that even the best laid plans need some room to readjust when needed.
It's how we are able to change our original plans and make them better for the benefit of all involved that will help us grow and become in the future!

Well done for all your efforts, it's great that you saw the need and fulfilled the need! When you first started nursing school, I believe that your actions put you in good standing for the future!
If we don't have a plan, especially with an Internet business it's very difficult to move forward. The Internet has far too many distractions that can quickly take us away from our goals.
Thankfully Wealthy Affiliate has a plan and if we stick to it, it works! However, we also need our own job list plan, otherwise, we will be all over the place, or I certainly am!
As for plans and being creative, I am working on something at the moment. This will probably be more of a service rather than a product. However, I know that has good potential, it's just happening a bit slower than I would like!

Look at what you further stated.

As I have mentioned before, I'm coming out of a busy period for my off-line business. I think I do get a little bit frustrated when I can't move the online business forward quickly enough! Thankfully I am making sales, but I know there is huge potential for so much more! I will get there!
