First of all, I am very sorry to all of you who read this.

MAYBE, I was a bit emotional today but there was strong reason for it.

You asked for an opinion so here it is, you will not like it, you want to hear what you already have in the replies below.

Should you be angry? Sure, the world is full of angry people who cannot stand a different opinion. Kill infidels.

This person wrote something in her own profile page, not on your site, not in a reply to you. So, not your business.

You write this is a place open "for discussion". Are you sure? You yourself do not like to hear an opposite opinion. You get angry. Well, do not.

You ask "what was the better way to respond". To what? Nobody expected you to respond. Not your business (yes I know I am repeating myself).

Now go ahead and delete my nonsense.

Thanks for your comment Jovo. I do appreciate it. I don't expect everyone who read this to agree with me and my action. The diverse opinions of our members here in WA that makes us richer in knowledge and hopefully in wisdom. You have a valid point.

May be it's my unlucky day that I stumbled upon her profile, read her comment and reacted that way.

As a member of WA I feel obliged to respond to her comment. I believe my respond was quite sensible. There was no fault language used. I humbly offered her to try the first month and I will refund her money if she honestly find this platform is what she thought it is.

It appears you are too long here and forgot how annoying those emails about time ticking are. They are irritating and that person is right about that.

I am not sure how other members would feel after reading that comment but I felt that she was putting up the comment without further reference. I think that was bias!

Again I am not sure about other members, may be it's my style that if someone from outside put remarks on things I associated with irresponsibly, I would stand up and respond. I believe my respond was not that harsh, wasn't it? I even asked her to try the platform for one month and if she is not satisfied I would personally refund her. It's an honest offer. I am not her sponsor but I want her to really 'be inside', test the platform and after that she is 'qualified' to make her judgement.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts here. I love the choir singing part too.

For you info, I am about 6 months with WA as a Premium (although I registered my starter account in 2014). If you think that's too long, I take it as a compliment.

I was referring to your registered account. But then you do remember those frequent email. For me that was the main reason for not to sign up, and it took me one month to decide. They teach this strategy here, I am convinced it is wrong, but they are millionaires and I am not. Have a nice day, I stop here.

Just a negative, sulky and unsuccessful idiot who is spreading his/her own inadequacies over the Internet.

Brush it aside and move on. :-) No need to even waste your time with people like that.

Think of them as a school bully or a "troll" who leaves horrible and racist comments on YouTube videos and celebrity images - there is nothing you can say or do to make them a better person.

They suck and will always be negative and miserable in whichever avenue they take.

Just the fact that he/she makes this kind of judgement about a community they have been a member of for less than 4 hours shows how ignorant and misguided they are.,...

Delete it and move on. :-)

In my opinion, you should not feel angry. Please understand that we or WA can't please everybody. Everyone is unique and has its own opinions and choices. Let it be. As they say, it's his lost and not yours. You answered intelligently and honestly.

Hi Joe, I'm probably going to get into trouble for saying this but I'm going to anyway.

A little while ago you posed a question to the community about whether a dislike option should be included. This is an instance where I think it would have been nice to have that option. Erika's post well deserves a "dislike". It may be her opinion but I don't really care to hear about it.

I am growing so weary of people coming in to this community and discovering that they have at their disposal a wealth of information in the form of top class training as well as unparalleled support, only to shoot their mouths off about "how it sucks".

It's quite simple really. If you don't like what you see then do the courteous thing and just leave quietly.

Now I'm angry as well. But get this, Joe - it isn't worth it. Don't allow something like this to ruffle your feathers. It is here today and gone tomorrow - (or maybe in the next 4 days, 20 hours, and some odd minutes AND seconds as she put it).

Brian, you are always a great support to all of our members here in WA, myself included and I really appreciate that. As you mentioned, I dont' think it's worth to deal with it for long. Let it pass and let Business As Usual (BAU).

Hi Joe,
Sounds like someone kinda set you up. I think you handled it a lot better than I would have. There will always be the ones who already know it all, the ones who want someone else to do the work and the ones who are entitled to have it their way. Just let them go.
The ones who are willing to learn, willing to work and to be supportive of others are the ones we should keep the focus on and give of ourselves.

That long diatribe you responded yo is simply plain ignorance. Someone who hasn't been here long enough who does not know the facts about WA, and hasn't (and liekly will not) take the time to investigate the true facts.

This is a horrible message to receive. I too would feel angry but you answered with integrity and honesty. This person clearly does not belong here.

Of course, you are right, Joe:) Take it like this: there is no existing product or service anywhere in the world to achieve 100% preference and liking. There always be rejectors. Just focus on the more significant segment of preferrers and people who will hear your advice. The hard rejectors segment is just a loss of time and energy to deal with.

I think we should not waste our energy and focus on people who are judgmental to a product or platform. I wish people do more research, there are thousands of reviews on this platform. I believe not all of them are good but most of them are.
