PC or Mac?

Last Update: May 19, 2016

I've been a PC user for my whole life. I'm now in the market for a new laptop and I'm considering getting a Mac.

Does anyone have any advice for me on this? For an internet marketer is one better than the other or is it just personal preference?

If there are advantages to one or the other please fill me in.

Cheers,

Robert

I'm team Mac 100%. It's true. Once you go Mac you never go back. You definitely get what you pay for :)

Both PC's and Mac's are good. Flip a coin. :)

I only know Mac but it seems to be a stronger computer. I get great support from Apple and it has been free and over the phone.
If I could I would buy right from Apple. I bought from Best Buy and got some free service from Geek Squad but from what I know now I would go right to Apple.
It seems like the Mac owners are standing tall.

Do you think there will be a learning curve for me if I go Mac? Or is it a pretty simple transition

Maybe a little with navigation in the beginning, but it's really user friendly. Apple store holds free training selling to teach you everything you need to know. Or you can make a free appointment for them to teach you the basics!

Hmmm - personal opinion obviously - depends what you learn, and what your experience is.

I've tried both - I love both for different reasons.

Mac is very stable - but as has been my latest W7 and W10 PCs - I've had little/no issues with any three of them - but as all of my marketing work is done through a browser, I could choose any, any day, and have exactly the same experience updating my sites.

Please don't get me wrong - I'm not for a second saying you are wrong - but the pros/cons of either system become highly irrelevant when you are simply using a browser to update your business (imho).

Cheers, Mark

I have both PC and Mac at home. I come from a design background so Macs have always been in my life.

Put simply... they just seem to have a more user friendly operating system and everything just looks... um... sexy !
