I hope you are well? I am in the process of creating my own method BMM (Body, Mindfulness, Memory). I have started my website bmm.siterubix.com. What do you think I should do to protect this method, technique, trademark it? My plan is also to do training videos and ebooks should I have that patent? How do I go about this things. I would appreciate feedback.

I think I personally never heard about anyone here at WA obtaining patent, but this doesn't mean nobody did that. I would recommend you asking this question in the classroom. If you are not sure, how- go to the upper bar saying "Hey Nerine, search for help here"

If you want to get successful then WA is the right place to start. Important is that you start your blog really with something you are passionate about as you will spend a lot of time writing about it :-)
In your profile you state already some nice possibilities, just try to narrow the topics down, not to be too broad...maybe start with Pilates and get to special forms of it (if there is something like that, not really knowing about it) - also as you speak some languages, you could get to the learning of languages and what are the best ways to get to learn a language...
Here you will get all the tools you need to be successful! Wish you a lot of success!!!

Yes the best way of learning languages that would be great but can I do both?Very encouraging Volker relief that you aren't far from London. I am also interested in the power of the subconsciousness. I would chose one direction that you are interested in the most.. and go in that direction. Try to be unique...and find a spot people are hungry for information about.
Pliates with the neuro-tips, or learning languages and ways to do that, but not both. The subject you might enjoy the most and learning more about is the best one to choose. If you don't like the subject matter, you will find it a difficult chore to write about.
And most importantly, research the subject to be sure you can make money at it eventually, either with affiliate product advertising or someday even developing your own product.

Thank you so much for your reply but I like both of them qualified and practicing in the field. I know it doesn't seem like it but in fact they are a very good marriage. For example when I interpret I am the voice for all parties and apply the pilates technique i.e breathing, posture and neurotics how to control my fear of an audience, releasing stress and so on.... Especially if it is a trial and everybody is relying on me. Also memory applies to both fields with interpreting I have to listen to a speech (10 mins) take notes then rebuild that speech into a different language. So I rely in my memory. With pilates and memory it would be very good because it can help to prevent mental diseases. Bearing in mind that memory declines slowly in your 20s but then speeds declining in your 40s which is a real dilemma because people are living longer but mental illnesses is on the increase.
I would like to do it but maybe separately? What do you think?

Absolutely no problem at all.
In fact, you could use memory improvement as one the benefits of pilates. and learning new languages as a training method for memory improvement.
The point is, you want to be as specific as possible, at least at first.
Then, later on you can add some different areas.
Even pilates itself is a broad term. It's too general.
If I type pilates into google search engine, I get 132 million searches, an impossible number to compete with.
But if I search "Pilates for memory improvement", the number is way down to 144 thousand searches. Still high, but much,much better to try to compete with 140 thousand than 132 million!
You are trying to create interest to bring people to your site, rather than be lost in a crowd. Something unique, and different that makes you stand out. Then, you will have a much better chance for success.
Why waste your time building something you think will work, when you can create something people really want and not many others are doing. I hope that helps?

I admire the passion and the enthusiasm don't ever lose it.
Take your time with the lessons there is a lot to take in.
Follow the steps gradually and set aside time daily to work on your website. Wealthy Affiliate does make dreams come true. A positive mental attitude combined with the right action will see you through.
