Hi guys, Here is the image of the article I wrote

Hi Nerine,
I don't know why that happened? But your article is published, correct?
You can try to upload the images again, directly in your post.
Click edit post > either move mouse pointer (to desired location) or use (featured article if desired)
Chose select files > highlight image you want to use > click open.
It should appear in your media library, and install > click add image.
That should be it.
If you need more help, just shoot me a PM.
Chas.

Thank you so much. Will try your tips.

I see you got some images into your post! Fantastic!

Thank you so much. Thank you for your help too.

No problem at all. I am glad to help.
I see you asked about amending a published article.
To make changes, you use the edit mode. Just like you did to install the images.

The edit post is seen just under your url when you are viewing the published article.

Click edit post> make your changes> and update your post. click view post and check it out.If you aren't happy...go right back in to edit post and fix it. Always be sure to update any changes or they won't be saved!

Chas

Thank you

Where did you upload your images? Site content or wordpress?

Hi Winnie thank you so much for always being present. Actually I created a document and then I copy and pasted it on site content. Now the article is published with no images?? What do I do now? Can I remove my article and make amendments and how do I insert the images when I next publish it. You are a Megaaa Star. Once I finish everything I would like to use your services to make sure that everything is ok. Do you have an email address where I can contact you. Thanks

Hi Nerine, you're welcome :) I haven't been very active on WA lately but I guess we're just lucky somehow to always bump into each other haha!

if copy-pasting doesn't work, you will need to upload the images to site content.

Now that you've already published your article to WordPress, you will need to add images on WordPress back office. Simply put your cursor on the place where you want to add images and then click on the media button (top left of blogpost title) to upload and insert.

You can PM or email me anytime at winnie@studiowy.com I'll be more than happy to help you out.

Hi Winnie, How interesting I haven't been active either having a full time job trying to combine the two, one needs to be very resilient to carry on... but I am determined to work online and make an income from it. I will try all your tips. Thanks

Winnie I also wanted to ask you can I remove a published article, amend it and republish it again? Thanks

I believe that after you've published an article, all changes must be done on WordPress editor.

Thanks a million!

Hello, I have just changed my domain name to brainbodymindmemory.com .I don't seem to be able to find a theme that would be conformed to my domain name. Has anyone got any idea

Here are 3 free themes that were recommended to me a while back:
They are clean, simple and easy to use:
https://wp-themes.com/skin/
https://wp-themes.com/hitmag/
http://wp-themes.com/hiero/

At the time, I opted for HitMag. I liked it. I had already used Hiero and moved on.

I am now using the GeneratePress pro theme that Jay used in recent live training. I love it.

They have a number of designs in that, and I opted for the same one that Jay used in his live class - called Marketer.

You see the "importable demo sites" associated with the GeneratePress theme here:
https://generatepress.com/site-library/

One or more of them may take your fancy.
The pro version of this theme will cost you some money, (think about $50, the license terms are good imo when compared with other paid themes I looked at, but did not buy).

Good luck.

Thank you so much will have a look.

Just so you know, selecting a WP theme is not "set in concrete". You can always change it later. A lot of affiliate marketers do. Just select one that you are happy with now and run with it. It is important to build up good quality unique content.

Thank you so much David for all your help and encouragement.

HI Nerine,
Jay used GeneratePress to build his latest site, maybe check the video out and see what you think.

was it the pro version or the free version?

Jay used the pro version in that live class. I got it (the pro version) shorty after Jay's live class. Loving the options inside.

Thanks

Did you have to pay for the pro version?

The pro version costs $49.95

you must have some idea of how someone is going to navigate through your site- topics you are going to create - areas you want them to explore.
do you want a static home page which links to your categories - a little explanation for each.
i could suggest the astra theme with the starter pack addon- have a look at the free templates.
or generatepress whcih is quite customisable.
but at the start - go for a plain theme which allows people to concentraet on the content you are offering rather than being dazzled by the site.
you will find that if your content is very good, people will ignore the site looks and even a plain white theme is good and uncluttered.
but a busy, cluttered site with poor content - no one wants that.
you can always change your theme further down the line - the main thing to do is create content and get visitors.
good luck Nerine
phil

Hi Thanks so much. No I don't have an idea how someone is going to navigate through my site yet and not sure if I want a static page. However I do completely agree with you having a plain theme and further down the line I can just add my logo.

you need to start thinking about your site in terms of navigation - if you leave it your visitors may struggle to easily go where you want them to.
might be worth doing a bit of sketching as to major topics you want on your site, this will give it a flow, and your visitors will feel ths.
good luck

WA Affiliate Program

1)I.E I am looking at the website session. Can I go through every session and then do it? Or shall I do the website straight after that session How can I go back to the lesson

#1 if you click on the green bar that says certification, it will take you to all the lessons, click on the lesson you want to view, and you should see what needs completed yet.
Yes, you can do the lesson, then complete the tasks to learn what you are reading. You can do this for the website course as well as any others, but start with the first lessons and do them first, don't skip around. move on to the second one and so forth.
#2 You can find affiliates for anything just by using google search engine. Type in whatever your interest is and then affiliates ..like " Yoga Affiliates" or whatever. Try to narrow down your niche first as much as you can, and be sure to pick a good niche to begin with.

Thanks

You are very welcome Nerine, I see others have helped as well. Just so you know, you can also jump onto live chat as well for anything you get stuck on. This community is great for helping all of us get started!
Chas

I highly recommend immersing yourself in your training and completing all tasks, I know it is time consuming however it will help your down the stretch.

There are so many Affiliates programs out there on the internet that you can search for your respective niche.

1) You can and probably should do stuff straight away that day or that week that you read about the lesson and task. It will be fresh in your memory and it will be easier to complete the task.

That having said, I can understand you want to skip certain parts, such as creating an affiliate program. I checked off for the task of affiliate program and went on-wards, simply because I had no traffic yet to sell something to.

Having read the lesson, without checking off the boxes for the tasks, means your lesson progress stays where you were. It won't go onwards. Even if you click the next lesson from the menu, you can still see the progress being there where you didn't check off for every task.

2) All affiliate programs you will have to find yourself. You do this by searching for:

"your niche + affiliate program"

for BMM, perhaps search for BMM Affiliate Program. Or look at Amazon (also an affiliate partner) and find the right books or other material for the topic. Your limits are your imagination and what ever is on offer on the internet.
