Hello, I'm looking for advise on how to go about starting a page(actually multiple pages hopefully) where I just list a ton of products from various places with affiliate links.
Datafeedr is probably what you're looking for. Go to their website and look through the stuff. I have used it in the past, it works well after you learn how it works. They have videos that explain how to do everything.

I don't necessarily want to have an add to cart option right on my website, I'm fine with just using affiliate links. I just want to be able to organize everything in a sort of grid format. Is that still e-commerce? It wouldn't be the primary function of the site as I still plan to roll out lots of quality content as well as reviews.

Does Amazon sell these Plushies? If so, you could affiliate with them (apply/get approved) and can add product links to your website. They have many options regarding adding product links.
Actually I just checked and Amazon does sell these including Super Mario. Once you have your website up and running with content you can apply to Amazon's Affiliate Program.

My website is up and running and I am an affiliate with them but they aren't the only company I want to promote products for, I want people to easily be able to find various nerdy plushies all in one place!
