Keyword stuffing?
Are you trying to change the keywords of a particular blog, several times within a short time frame?
It could be that what ever you are doing has triggered Google to black list you all together. Any thing we can think about to trick Google has already been tried, believe me. Best concentrate on simply writing great blogs and don't try to over do it.
If you're not then, I'm not sure what it could be... All you can do now is wait.. Don't mess with it anymore.. I've heard that the algorithms are constantly being changed.
Hi, thanks for the response. No keyword stuffing, all I have I just one keyword per article. Not trying to change the keywords.
It seems that I have to wait to see what will happen.
Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
I will try to re-fetch those posts, although I'm doing that always after publishing the posts.
Should I update the sitemap as well?
Thanks again!
Trust me I fetch all my posts to after I publish and it still happened, but once I submitted it again, it corrected itself. Submitting your sitemap ould help too, doesn't hurt to try.
Hi Jaime,
thanks for the insight. I just re-fetched all of these posts and hopefully, it will be better.
I'll wait for a few days and check it again.
Thanks for your time!
All the best!
I had that issue before and I just let google re-crawl my site and the issue was fixed. Maybe try re-fetching those posts and see what happens, that usually works.

Why is this happening in ranking?

Do not have enough info so this is just guessing.
1. The previously published post is badly ranked.
2. Perhaps its targeted keyword is mentioned somewhere in the new post, as a link, tag, or accidentally.
3. Perhaps only some similar phrase was mentioned.
4. When you search for this keyword, Google shows you the blog roll where your NEW post is with your keyword. This can happen because the home page (with the blog roll) has far more authority than any single post, in partilcular badly ranked post. I have seen this happening with new posts.
Hi Jovo,
Thanks for the help.
It looks like 1,3 and 4 of your thoughts are the key.
I'll just wait couple of weeks to see what is going to happen.
All the best

So, I have set up the site like this:
Front page displays: A static page (select below)
Posts page: Blog
Everything is fine, but in WP I have to choose the defaul
The default posting category is just the category it defaults to if you left the category blank. But when you choose another category it simply goes away. Why would your breadcrumb show a redundant "blog" like that?
Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response. How to leave the category blank?
I did try, but it's not giving me this option!
It's Minus theme from Thrive.
I kinda sorted it out as I made a category called "All", and now I have Home-Blog-All-Post
I think you're misunderstanding what I'm saying. Let's say the default category is "uncategorized". If I publish a post and don't specify the category it will show up in the category "uncategorized" by default.
However all I have to do to change that is to place it in any other category, say "reviews".
The post will now show in "reviews" instead of the default "uncategorized". It's just a matter of selecting the category you want it in.
So in your breadcrumbs example, the default category won't be followed by a new category and be redundant, it would just show the category once.
Hi, I think I did understand you.
But what about If I have a category called Blog. and default post page called Blos as well?
Hi Triblu,
Can you give me an advice how would you do this? I did add a category, and I'm planning to add more.
Thanks.
Hey Nenad,
I recommend reading the following posts so you can better understand the 5Ws for using categories.
http://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/category/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories-vs-tags/
http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/categories-vs-tags-seo-best-practices-which-one-is-better/
What triblu said is right. Naming a category "blog" is losing out on the way to use categories. I think she gave you some good points to check out.
Don't worry! You'll figure it out and get everything the way you want it. Just a little growing pain is all, right? :)

Does anyone have a problem to connect to the site via FTP?
I tried with all my sites with filezilla, it logs in, but cannot retrieve directory listing.
Hey Nenad!
Yes, I was having problems with it earlier too. Did you contact support yet?
~Marlinda
Hi Marlinda,
I did contact the support. They told me to make sure no Firewall, Antivirus, router firewall is blocking FTP ports and make sure that I use the Active FTP mode in FTP client.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for following me. Following you back.
All the best!

I just received a message from google search console team saying that the Recommended Wordpress update available for http://mysite dot com.
It says that the new version
You can keep it. Maybe this video can give you better idea. Adding your HTTPS to Google Webmaster Tools
Hi,
I did watch that. The question is why google sends this even if they know that the site has been replaced with the https version.
Thanks anyway!
I queried this issue directly on the GWT support forums and there are countless people receiving the same message.
The repose I received is that as long as your HTTPs version is up to date - you can simply ignore the message for your HTTP version.
I wouldn't delete your HTTP version in search console though.
So the issue is, you do not know to which version it applies, right? I did not think about it, just updated WP.
I think that Jay said to keep http for up to a year or so. I guess asking WA owners or Support would be a good idea.
Hi Jovo,
I know, it says that it applies to http version, this is no issue. The https is up to date (the latest version of WP). The problem is that google sees http as not updated, and I don't know how to update it(I think there is no way to update it as I'm running https).
Jovo,
As Dan said below, no further action is needed, as long as https is up to date.
So, I will just leave as it is.
I personally trust the WA hosting system. So I would say HOLD ON. if there is problem with wordpress, the tech team will fix it.
I am a lot on the BREAK for click on message...
Cheers, Jeff
PS : I may be wrong but I prefer be safe than sorry
Good question, I received it too, hope to find here an answer, my site is https too now, does anybody know?
Hi Loes,
Someone said that they will update the site. How to do that if I have the https version? I think there is no way to update http version of the site.
It's likely referring to making sure you are running WP 4.7.2. It was a critical update because 4.7.1 has a security defect that has already compromised hundreds of thousands of websites.
I received it & thought it might be spam. Reading this reassured me. I will update my site. Thanks.
You should still be able to update from within Wordpress. As you can see in this screenshot, I'm a little behind on mine, but https shouldn't make any difference in your ability to update.
Hi Brandon,
I want to say that my https is up to date!
It's running the latest version of WP. What bothers me is that http is not up to date, and there is no way to update it

Hi Nenad,
Honestly, you do not need SEO services as you can learn it from the WA courses.
On page SEO is just some small little tweaks to your setting and layout of your page or post.
If you really want to rank on top positions of Google Searches, you need to understand several fundamentals which I've shared in this article titled "Google will literally kick your ranking to the top if you have this set of Principles"
