I prefer to see the glass half full compare with the glass half empty. It is great to be positive and optimistic.

However, taking care of your eyes would help to stay in online business without problems, associated with tiredness, lack of sleep and stress.

Everything in our bodies works for us. Eyes are important too. Without good vision we could not take good care of online business.

I wonder how many of WA members take care of themselves? We sit long hours by computer staring to the bright screens. Sometimes in the morning I feel that my eyes react as I would cut the onion. No onions around.

How to protect eyes?

There are supplements which can protect sensitive parts of eyes.

The macula- the part of retina responsible for central vision is protected by a yellow pigment. This pigment is made up of lutein, zeaxanthin and mess-zeaxanthin.

This pigment absorbs the light and protects macula from the blue light and UV rays.

The body can not make these compounds. We get them from food.

How many of us choose eat dark green leafy vegetables such as kale or spinach over pizza or steak?

  • Egg yolk is a source of lutein and zeaxanthin.
  • Omega-3 rich fish is a great source of fats. Omega-3 lowers inflammation levels and protects retinal function.
  • Besides lutein and zeaxanthin, the astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant too. Astaxanthin is produced by algae Haematococcus pluvialis.
  • Anthocyanin's benefit eyes too. Anthocyanin are antioxidants rich in essential fatty acids. Black currants and bilberries contain rich amounts of the anthocyanin.

I guess that many of us do not have time to chew green vegetables as rabits. Of course, we can make smoothies. Unfortunately, we need bigger amounts of antioxidants to protect our eyes.

There are plenty of supplements in health food stories or at the Amazon. Be sure to pick organic supplements.

Artificial Blue Light

People do not care so much about artificial blue light. Blue light is a risk because it interrupts sleeping patterns. LED and fluorescent light have different wavelength. It is different from sun.These blue frequencies contribute to free radical production, interruption of circadian rhythm and melatonin at night.

Conclusion

I think that health is a number one priority. Without health, the money will not bring so much happiness. Taking care of yourself at first you will be able to take care of your family, friends and business.

True. I try and get my sun too by fishing. Now its a little cold for that but in a couple months I'll be back at it. Burned out on wrting , internet and lack of results. Dumpster diving may be my next endeavor....Lol
