How do I add a new user?
Check out this training, Neal. How To Add A New User To Your Website And Link It To Your Gravatar Account
i take it you are talknig about on your website
it is covered in the course
but goto add new user
fill in the details - make sure you have access to the email address as you will need to click on the link that is sent.
as i say - click on the link and accept the password
then in your sitemanager you will have another user added
click on synchronize password and then you will be able to login via that user

How can I move a comment box around on my site? Also, how do I add images to a blog?
In siteContent, or in the wordpress back office editor. either place there is an icon to add an image. It's the only icon that has a colored background.
As to the comment box, there are lots of ways of customizing the appearance of your site in the back office, and that includes moving menus and widgets around to where you want them.
If you can't figure out how to do there should be lots of training available on here. You can search for anything in the top bar next to the WA logo.
