Hi Nick, I'm still trying to earn credits too. The message I get is that there are no websites awaiting review at the moment. In a community this size I'm not sure if that's true!
That was my suspicion as well! I found that if I leave a comment and then do something else for 5-10 minutes and come back there's usually another or two waiting.

When hosting on WA, are plugins like "WP Fastest Cache" and "WP-Optimize" helpful?
Or are these covered by WA's built-in site-speed plugin?
You don't want to use them with WA's SiteSpeed as they can cause conflicts. That said, I recommend turning off WA's feature and giving one of the plugins a try. Check the speed then disable it, turn WA's back on and test again. Make a decision based on the results.
Run a few tests to get an average result.
Great. Be sure your theme and plugin features work. It's rare but extreme broke one of my theme features, but changing to accelerated fixed it.
Thanks for the advice! I actually use Elementor Pro to build my sites from the ground up and do as little with the theme as possible. I'll mess around with switching between accelerated and extreme though and see if it makes a difference.
